  Great Experience; Install was quick and Easy. Best Experience I've had with Safelite. My wife had made cookies, so we tipped the installer with cookies and a Coke. Hope he enjoyed . 😆

  Can you say, HIGHWAY ROBBERY? I called today because somehow, a rock from the interstate hit my quarter window on my 2026 Kia Sportage and shattered it. This piece of glass is smaller than my hand. I said to myself that it can’t be that much to replace. Was I wrong. This company quoted me $986.00 to replace a piece of glass that is smaller than my hand. I ALMOST lost my religion when she told me this. She said that it’s because it so small is the reason it’s so expensive. Update: I went to Kia to find out how much the glass would cost to replace. $258. So Safelite is charging me $700 for labor? 🤯 I think I need to make a complaint to BBB on this. I said, no Corporate Greed and lunacy is the reason you are quoting me this price. (The reason I say corporate greed? They don’t make insurance companies pay anywhere near what they make the consumer pay. Check your receipts) I understand that I have to pay for the glass and pay for the technicians time, but for almost $1,000 for a piece of glass that is smaller than my hand? Absolutely crazy. I can see how they stay in business. They taking advantage of consumers and making back room deals with insurance companies. There is NO WAY I will ever use Safelite after that ridiculous quote.

  I have never had a bad experience with SafeLite across multiple vehicles. In my most recent visit, I bought a car that had a leak, so I was responsible for paying the full cost of a replacement. SafeLite came to my house initially to do the work but unfortunately the windshield cracked upon installation. We re-scheduled to have me take it into the physical location, and they got me in and out in less than 90 minutes. Quite pleased with their service and quality.

  Very professional. Repaired my windshield with efficiency and attention to detail. The work was above what I expected. The whole team was just great and that’s why I keep coming back to them. I never have any complaints about them.
