Please do not take your car here for any kind of maintenance. I dropped my 2018 Honda Accord LX off on yesterday 6/24/2026 for a recall of a Fuel Pump. I added an oil change and tune up (spark plugs). My car was working fine before I dropped my car off. After I picked up my car , my car did not crank the next morning (acted like my battery was dead). End up, my battery cable sensor on the negative post was bent causing a bad connection. I called the dealership to tell them about the problem. The office staff/manager told me that I had to bring my vehicle in for a diagnostic ($155) out of pocket and if the problem was on them that I still had to pay for the repairs. My battery sensor is $557. It’s not fair that I have to pay for something that the dealership staff broke. The picture to the left is the part they broke. The wait time was much shorter this time - typically my only complaint. (So maybe they have been listening.) The associates are Always friendly and happy to keep my informed of the process. The Service is thorough and excellent! We are always very pleased with what we get at PineBelt Honda.

I recently went with my mother to purchase a car and we had an excellent experience. I would like to personally thank our sales rep Eric and both managers Tyler and Tony for assisting my mother and making the buying experience super easy for her. I normally have a great experience at Honda Pine Belt, which is why I was disappointed with my visit today. I came straight from work for a brake fluid change at 9 AM, expecting a quick service, but it ended up taking over 3 hours. What was frustrating was seeing customers who arrived after me get their vehicles serviced and finished before mine.
No accommodations or discounts was offered due to the long wait. I understand that delays can happen, but I believe the service team should work in a more organized and efficient manner to keep things moving fairly and communicate better with customers about wait times.

The customer service at Pine Belt Honda has been amazing. I had no intentions of trading in my 2023 Honda CRV but Kai was adamant that I come in and have a conversation!! Well I did and drove off the lot with a brand new 2026 Honda CRV EXL. I am super satisfied and they will have my business for a long long time!!
