  Asked if the new Supra I bought had been in wreck, was told no. I changed the oil and saw a rusted scrape on the roll bar and a bent sway bar link on the passenger side.Told them and expected them to fix it. I found out later on a 3600mi car 2 front tires were replaced, front end aligned and tie rod replaced. Sent pics of damage and excuses flowed. Someone not there and they would pass up the chain. I even bought the part and just said give me the labor but fell on deaf ears. GRANTED this was Toyota's fault, they missed it but it was Pine Belt that sold it. Everyone there super nice but after the sell SEE YA!

  Brought our Expedition in because we had a CEL, after unkowingly being charged $200 to scan the code and tell us what the problem was, they were kind enough to let us know the repair would be $2000. Thanks Pine Belt!

  Did not love the price for repairs but that’s the present economy not the company’s fault. I appreciate them getting my car in after being stranded on the side of the road and having it completed in a couple of days. Service desk was patient and helpful throughout the process.

  Just bought a new Ford Raptor, and I couldn't be happier! The sales team here is fantastic. "H" is a great Rep! He really took his time to make sure all my questions were answered and, most importantly, that I received the best deal and value for my trade. All in all, a very enjoyable buying experience. I'll be back in the future for sure! Highly recommend! 💯%!!!

  We were traveling cross country and were having coolant temperature issues in the 100 degree heat. Pulled up to Pine Belt Ford and they were very patient with us while we, heat exhausted and sweaty from 50 miles with no AC, tried to explain our issue. We agreed to pay the base fee for their service team to run a diagnostic, and they got us in immediately knowing we were from out of state. After a short while, they told us they were unable to pull any specific error codes and so they wouldn't charge us after all. They definitely didn't have to do that but it is much appreciated. Next time our AC blows out in Hattiesburg (may this never be the case) we will be sure to pay them a visit.
