    Brandon was extremely helpful finding the right SUV within budget. PineBelt had a huge sale going on and Brandon made the prices right. Kyle was wonderful in financing and got me the best interest rate. I was able to do all my paperwork online and pick my new car up shortly after. No wait time in the dealership. 10/10 recommend.. very pleased with my expedition.

    Vehicle broke down (failed alternator) outside of Hattiesburg, MS during late afternoon. Pine Belt took me in and fixed vehicle before close of business same day. Gave me a loaner car to get something to eat while waiting for the vehicle to be repaired. Nicest people I have ever met. Great service, great people.

    absolutely loved my experience. meme came out asked did we need anything. we pointed to a truck. she said let me get the keyes. quick test drive. she said yall want to do the paperwork. we were in and out of there in about 30 minutes. the finance manager had everything laid out. finished in about 5 minutes. filled tank and clean up. they didnt do all the extra talking and trying to my jokes. really great experience

    Went in to look for a truck to trade in for my car, it took 2 hours just for them to continuously keep playing this sick waiting game of people looking over their shoulders at us, no communication at ALL was had. Throughout the entire 2 hours of us waiting, we were made feel VERY UNCOMFORTABLE from the pure RACISM and hate through the stares we were given. What ultimately was the feather that broke the camel’s back was them telling us to put down almost 10,000 dollars or they wouldn’t be able to service us at all despite having a FULLY PAID OFF car to offer as trade in. Sean C. was the person that played the sick waiting game with us, DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME.

    I’ve been taking my truck for mostly the major repairs that have been needed on the truck for the past 10 yrs. The repairs are primarily wear and tear on the truck any truck is serviced regularly so when repairs are needed over and beyond routine repairs is when I take it into PBF. The shop is always nice and neat. The waiting area is very comfortable, and able to accommodate you if needed to do computer work. The employee are friendly and helpful when ask about matters that has nothing to do with my repairs and they will shuttle you home if needed and the repair will take a few days. The estimate and the final repair bills are on target and when repairs were not quite right, PBF, took the truck back end and made it right with no additional cost. PBF even broke an item on the truck and they did not hide it or used som ridiculous excuse to try to make me pay for it, they were upfront provided the remedy ( which I would have ask for) without question and repaired like brand new. I’ve truly enjoy working with their Service and Repair Dept. Thankfully I don’t see them that often but when I have to, I’m fully confident in their repair abilities, professionalism, and customer centric attitude and service. No short cuts needed
