  We took a 2023 f150 in for a recall. This is a work truck that pulls trailers everyday, I followed my husband to drop a trailer off at a job 2 miles from the dealership. The lights were working on the trailer. We dropped the truck off PBF did the rear assembly recall, we picked the truck up, hooked to the same trailer and the lights weren’t working. They work when hooked to the other truck, we tried 4 different trailers none work hooked to the truck they worked on. Took it back today and was told they didn’t do anything and we’d have to pay an almost $200 diagnostic fee to find out what’s going on. No thank you I will pick it up and take it to another Ford dealership. I was hesitant about taking this truck here in the first place. I’ve had bad experience with them in the past, but they were the only dealership that had the parts for the recall definitely will not use them again under any circumstances if they work on your vehicle and mess something up be careful because they won’t take responsibility for it. They changed the oil in a 23 expedition a few months ago and left the bolts off of the oil pan cover I got up the road and had to call them to come put it back on. I guess we live and learn. Very poor customer service and obviously have employees who don’t know how to do their jobs correctly.

  All the employees greet you with a smile, and you can tell; they are genuinely happy to be there. Makes it easy for me to want to be there too.

  Great experience all the way around, service advisor got me in and back on the road. Local dealer said 4 weeks out when I tried to drop off for a warranty, they handle in two days. Well worth the drive thanks Rusty!

  Pine Belt Ford has taken care of my trucks since they took over from Courtesy and Joey Fortenberry and his team in the service department do excellent work with great customer service. We recently purchased our first vehicle from them and Greg Mcdaniel took excellent care of us. The whole process was quick and easy and the finance manager was professional. I will definitely use them in the future and recommend the dealership!
