  I recently helped my son purchase a BRAND-NEW 2026 Buick Envista from Pine Belt Chevrolet-Buick with less than 20 miles on it. What should have been an exciting purchase has turned into a nightmare. We discovered damage to the bumper that occurred while the vehicle was in the dealership's possession, but did not find it until the payment was processed. Even more disturbing, multiple levels of management acknowledged that they knew about the damage and admitted there were EIGHT other vehicles on their lot with similar damage, yet my son was allowed to purchase and drive away in a damaged vehicle without being informed. Had we not found the damage when we did, they would have never admitted anything and my son would have had to pay for the damage. After bringing the vehicle back for repairs, my son was notified it was ready. When he arrived, the bumper had paint runs all over it, and the original scratches were STILL visible through the paint! They had spray spray painted it instead of fixing it correctly. He refused to accept the unacceptable repair, and the vehicle is now in the shop for a SECOND time. Accidents happen, but knowingly allowing a customer to drive away in a damaged vehicle without disclosure is unacceptable. The lack of transparency, poor workmanship, and dismissive handling of this situation have been extremely disappointing. My son has been made to feel like he is the one in the wrong for being upset over the deception. BUYERS BEWARE! Inspect every inch of your vehicle before leaving this dealership. BRAND-NEW apparently doesn't guarantee UNDAMAGED!

  David Goldman was a great salesman! I purchased a new truck for myself and a used truck for my teenage boy. He met all my requests and went above and beyond to make sure we were both happy. Outstanding customer service!
