  I had a fabulous experience at the Midas Autocare on West Pine St. Keith and Jim (Jim Bo) were awesome! They were fair and honest about assessment of the problem with my brakes and rotors on my Dodge Ram truck. I appreciated them sending me pics of the problem prior to starting the job. I didn't feel pressured to get anything done. They gave me a military discount also. They've earned my trust and will be my go to mechanics going forward. They even ubered me home in a white Mercedes!!! WHAAAT!!! Well the Uber driver happened to own a Mercedes! LOL! I was treated well!

  Excellent customer service. The team was very nice and helpful. Took advantage of the Ashley Jones July 4th 2026 special (Thanks, Ashley!) with a full synthetic oil change and tire rotation. They were super busy today, so they must be doing something right. Heard them having more complicated service conversations with other clients today, and they clearly value communication and customer service. Y'all give them a try!

  This was my first time using Midas for repairs, and I had a really positive experience. The staff was incredibly helpful from the start, always keeping me informed throughout the process. They took the time to explain what needed fixing so I could understand everything clearly. They successfully repaired my air conditioner and were honest about the check engine light, explaining it was just on because of my gas cap. I really appreciated their honesty—they only charged for what was truly necessary. I highly recommend this shop for its great customer service and qualified mechanics. It made the whole experience so much better!

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ FIVE STAR REVIEW — GAIGE Store Manager, MIDAS — HATTIESBURG, MS If I could give more than five stars, I would. I was stranded in Hattiesburg from out of town with a vehicle that simply would not go — far from home, far from anyone I knew, and honestly starting to lose hope. That's when Gaige stepped in, and I cannot say enough about what he did for me. From the very first moment I walked into that Midas on West Pine Street, Gaige treated me like family — not like just another customer on the schedule. He listened to my situation, understood the urgency of someone being stuck away from home, and made it his personal mission to get me back on the road. He didn't just do his job; he went well above and beyond every expectation I could have had. He went out of his way to make things happen fast, kept me informed the entire time, and genuinely cared that I wasn't left stranded another night in an unfamiliar town. It's one thing for a shop to fix your car. It's another thing entirely for someone to restore your peace of mind when you're at your most vulnerable on the road. Gaige did exactly that. He turned what could have been a truly miserable experience into a story I'll remember for the gratitude I feel. This man clearly takes pride in his work, but more importantly, he takes pride in taking care of people. If you're anywhere near Hattiesburg, Mississippi, and you need automotive service — whether you're local or just passing through — do yourself a favor and go see Gaige at Midas.
