  Great experience at Midas! Michael was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything clearly without any pressure. Keith was very personable and made the whole visit feel welcoming and stress-free. The service was fast, efficient, and much less expensive than I expected. It’s great to find a shop with honest people and excellent customer service. Highly recommend!

  I had a great experience at Midas thanks to Michael and the team. Michael was professional, friendly, and made the whole process easy. The service was fast, and I was pleasantly surprised that the cost was much less expensive than I expected. It’s hard to find honest, efficient auto service these days, but this place delivered. I’ll definitely be coming back and would recommend them to anyone needing reliable car care.

  I had a great experience at Midas! The customer service was top-notch, and Michael really went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. I felt completely comfortable and at ease throughout the entire process, which isn't always the case with auto shops. To top it off, the work was done incredibly quickly. I highly recommend this location if you’re looking for professional, efficient service and a team that genuinely makes you feel welcome.

  We had our transmission replaced along with a few additional repairs, and Keith and Michael made sure we felt confident that we chose the right place. Their customer service was outstanding from start to finish. The turnaround time was impressively quick—we dropped the car off late Monday, it was diagnosed by Tuesday, and ready for pickup by Friday. Highly recommend—10/10 experience! We’ll definitely be returning for any future needs.

  I recently visited the new Hattiesburg location and was thoroughly impressed. From the moment I walked in, the team made it clear that they prioritize the customer experience over everything else. They were transparent, professional, and went above and beyond to ensure my vehicle was taken care of properly. It is refreshing to find a shop that actually lives up to a high standard of service.
