  My experience overall with Enterprise started off bad. I received an email notification from Enterprise asking me to do my Check-in, well I did but it would not accept my credit card nor debit card. So I call the number that was attached to the email the representative checks me in and says everything is good and I'm set for the next day. I arrive at Enterprise at my scheduled time and would you believe they gave my rental away to another person because my check in was not processed. I'm getting ready to go out of town for my Birthday so I am pissed.. The local office stated they called me but of course it came across as SPAM so my phone blocked the call so I never received it. Now I'm doing all I can not to go off because this is a HUGE inconvenience. Here goes Jerrica, calling everyone she can- nothing available. She offers me another vehicle but to me its too small for this trip. I attempt to leave, she offers me a second vehicle and I'm appalled that this is my option. Well at the end of the day, we rented the 2nd option which was a Pacifica Minivan. It was roomy and good on gas. Jerrica is great but Enterprise if you aren't going to ensure the check in on line works, get rid of the process. I had another rental already scheduled for December & stated to Jerrica that if this happens in December its definitely going to be an issue. I personally would never use Enterprise again if this happens to me again. But Jerrica has already looked ahead and assured me that I should not have this issue again on the local side.. Enterprise keeps me as a customer because of Jerrica & her customer service.

  Corporate webpage let me reserve a vehicle at 2 separate locations and neither have the vehicle. The Broadway store didnt even call to cancel my reservation.

  Everything was good, besides the customer service team was very rude when calling to collect payment/taxes after my insurance company extended the rental , they called me at work and said if I don’t pay now they are coming to take the car, this was the first call I had received about the balance , I had no issue paying the balance , but there was no need to threaten me. Will not be going back there for a rental

  To rent from them, you have to have a utility bill or check stub, which they don't tell you in the beginning, they want a utility bill but won't accept a lease agreement, how dumb is that
