  I recently rented a car from Enterprise and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. The vehicle I was given appeared to have been in a prior accident, and the front passenger-side tire had a slow leak. This caused a lot of inconvenience during my trip to Florida—I had to stop three times on the way there and twice on the way back just to put air in the tire. It made the drive stressful and required constant attention. The customer service was average at best. The staff seemed overwhelmed and not very attentive, possibly because the location was busy, but it still felt like no one really wanted to help. Additionally, there was no overnight parking available, which was not clearly communicated ahead of time. Because of this, I had to scramble to find someone to give us a ride after dropping off the car, which added unnecessary hassle to the experience.

  I rented a car from there for the 1st time and the staff were very nice and polite. And I had some questions and they answered them for me. I'd recommend this place to anyone who wants to rent a car.

  Unprofessional, zero communication. In my rental agreement, the day to bring my vehicle back apparently landed on a non major holiday. I did not know that Enterprise would be closed. I dropped the vehicle off the day of my rental agreement and left the keys in the drop box. When I asked the next day if the hold on my card had been released the manager said no because they couldn't check it in until the next day, and she said, "well you should have brought the vehicle back on Saturday." I explained that there was a lack of communication and asked if she could just waive it, she refused. I still have not received the difference on my card and this location has been purposely ignoring me. It's always a hassle with this location. Even before I got my rental, I called the morning of and the guy cut me off mid sentence, clearly not listening to a word I had to say. Post

  No hassle! They accept credit AND dedit cards! Vehicles are top tier and very clean.
