  Deja and Holly were the best saleswomen! They ensured I got the rental I wanted, reached out in advance to notify me about any mishaps! I would choose them over and over again.

  This was the worst service ever.. they have no idea how to treat their customers well. Why tell us we can get a car if you can't actually give us one when we show up? We weren't even picky; we clearly said we were fine with any car available. They kept us waiting for 4 to 5 hours, only to tell us at the last minute that they had other bookings. If you can't fulfill our request, tell us directly instead of making us wait for hours and then being rude to us when we get frustrated. I would give 0 stars if I could. Never trusting them again.

  Had a really good experience at Enterprise in Hattiesburg. Process was quick and easy and our rep Holly was amazing. This Enterprise is built different!

  Second time in a row to pick up a car and they did not have any rentals on the lot. Reservations were scheduled far in advance, they overbook and never have enough vehicles. Extremely dissatisfied with the service and management at this location.
