  They don’t answer their phones and it is difficult to get your car delivered to the airport.

  Great customer service always at Enterprise on Broadway in Hattiesburg, MS Their cars are always clean and in great condition! I don't ever want to ever go anywhere else to rent a car.

  Everyone at this location could use a class on customer service. Inside and over the phone. Wait time to get picked up from a body shop is 45-60 mins. If you can’t pick up within 30min don’t off this service. Rental car was clean and nice. Thanks!

  Absolute nightmare. Do not use this Enterprise on Broadway Dr. We had a trip planned for next week and had a reservation with a confirmation number booked since March. My husband suggested I call a week in advance just to verify everything was good to go. I called and asked to confirm my reservation. The agent put me on hold immediately. Then I was transferred to another person, put on hold again, and no one ever came back to the phone. I stayed on hold for over 30 minutes before giving up. I waited 4 hours and called back. A completely different person answered and casually told me our reservation was "scheduled to be canceled." When I asked when anyone was going to tell us that, she basically said "you will figure it out" and hung up on me! We are using their service because we absolutely need a vehicle. No one should ever use this branch for any reason. If you are forced to use them, make absolutely sure you have a backup plan, because they will leave you stranded.
