- BMBrandon MDec 9, 20251.0Took my truck here to get my trailer harness fixed. Got it home to discover I had no lights still. After a bit, I figured out I had a short somewhere in it, when i slightly jiggled the harness, lights would kick on momentarily, connectors were good, wiring itself had a problem, and my other truck worked just fine for the trailers. It's an older truck so wasn't surprising that it gave trouble. I took the truck back the next day and let them know it didn't work to be met with "Well it worked when it left yesterday." I immediately knew from the tone of that response, this was not going to be a friendly encounter. My truck was belittled multiple times followed by many mentions about how it was done right and it wasn't their fault, but it's the trucks fault for being older (It's an 02 F350). Finally, I just told them to replace the entire harness and put it just like it is. They replaced the whole thing, still lost what I originally paid the day before. And they didn't put the 4-pin connector back on, so I ended up having to buy an adapter and later added the 4-pin myself. I had high hopes for this place since it had good reviews from friends and was hoping to be installing a lift, wheels and tires but they let me know they aren't for me. So, I'll never be back. I left that place insanely mad so decided to wait a while before I posted this to calm down. I feel they do good work on some but for my experience, the attitude and belittlement I got because I had to return, made this place a never again for me.
