  Safelite did an amazing job replacing my broken window! The process was quick, easy, and professional from start to finish. Michael did a great job, and my window looks perfect. I’m very happy with the service and would definitely recommend!

  Curtis, our Safelite tech was courteous, and professional. He called first thing in the morning to let us know where we fell on his list for the day, narrowing his time of arrival by hours! I really appreciated that! He updated with texts, letting us know he was on his way, when he arrived, etc…He also found an additional chip in the windshield that we did not know was there, and repaired that as well! Repairs were done perfectly! Thank you!

  Not happy. Have a 2024 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon X with factory gorilla glass. Hade safelite replace the windshield in June and the replaced it with the correct OEM gorilla glass. Two months later, windshield got cracked again and I had it replaced by safelite. When the technician was complete I noticed that they installed an aftermarket windshield rather than the correct OEM. Bottom line, when I called their customer service to complain they basically tried to put the blame on me for not indicating I wanted OEM yet there is not option on their website to select OEM versus aftermarket. I highly recommend that if you’re going to use safelite, call them directly so you can talk to a real live person to ensure you get want you want.

  Arranging for the service over the internet was fast and easy. Because of different models, they requested the VIN so I knew they would have the correct windshield. They contacted me in the days leading up to the appointment to remind me. The Technician called me on the morning of when I was scheduled between 1 and 5 and told me he would be here around 5. Because of his contact, I had very little downtime. He called periodically through the day and kept me updated on scheduling. I would say that this was probably the best communication I have ever had from a company I did business with and would recommend them 100%.
