  The customer service at National is always excellent. I travel a lot and I’ve never had a bad experience at any location. Every agent is polite and helpful. National keeps their cars in great shape and I rarely get one that has smoke or other odors. When I’ve had issues with odors they give me a new car and are very polite and understanding. And usually give me an upgrade to compensate for it! Excellent company.

  No secure lot, so you can’t go straight to your car. Be prepared to wait up to 45 minutes in line.

  At the Gulfport, MS location I always choose National. The vehicles are always on point and I enjoy the experience. The lot attendant, Larry, is the best, very friendly and helpful! He’s a great representative for National. I’ll continue to pick National as my preferred choice!
