  I couldn't be more impressed with Graystone Automotive! They towed my vehicle all the way from Long Beach to their shop in Gulfport, and the entire process was professional, efficient, and stress-free. The repairs were completed with exceptional workmanship—my car honestly drives better than it did before the problem occurred. Their communication, honesty, and attention to detail were outstanding from start to finish. It's rare to find a shop that truly goes above and beyond for its customers, but Graystone Automotive exceeded every expectation. If you're looking for a trustworthy automotive repair and towing company, I highly recommend Graystone Automotive. Without question, they are the best automotive repair and towing shop on the Mississippi Gulf Coast!

  I mean, the boss there is straight garbage. I don’t know if he’s prejudice or what he seemed to have a problem with that. I was there trying to get my air-conditioning fixed. Got it worked on paid people left. Went up the street. My car started running hot and it was stuck in limp mode some type of security so I brought my car back. The guy that worked on the car is A good guy he checked my car out discovered I had a leak As the guy started to work on my car, the boss came out there with the attitude talking to my friend, being rude and smart to her. He was very unprofessional. I don’t understand how he got his license right there or hasn’t been shut down yet the boss thinks he’s better than everybody got his nose in the air thinking he could talk to people any type of way very unprofessional they get no stars for me, but the Machanic is a black guy. He is pretty good. He got five stars From me because he apologized for the way, his boss talked. He was professional down earth and he understood the stress I was in. So Greystone gets no stars from me, but the Machanic he gets five stars for me

  Staff is friendly and helpful. They were careful to make sure that I understood everything correctly and what was needed to fix my car. I trust them to fix anything that may need to be done in the future.

  Car needed the A/C recharged. Called them and they were able to get it in right away. Helpful and friendly service. Had the A/C charges in less than hour and it works perfectly. Great local shop for service.
