  Ava was extremely helpful and informative. Every step of the process was explained to me and the service by everyone there was exceptional. If I resided in MS, I would bring my Volvo here every time. Thank you.

  I'm a longtime customer of Express Oil Change however the Gulfport, MS location took great care of my car needs. The staff is very friendly, knowledgeable and quick. Full service one stop shop. I highly recommend!

  Marcus was nice & friendly. Very quick and efficient. It’s just like going to take 5 but wayyy less expensive. This is my second time getting my oil changed here and I will be coming again.

  A friend of mine had a flat tire and he was one block away from this tire shop! He’s not familiar with the layout of downtown GULFPORT so I got on the phone and told him which way to go to get there. From what I understand the only problem that he had when he got there was a language barrier! And from what I remember, there was something speaking about the language barrier on the website that I looked up but other than that, they had the tire that he needed and got him going within 45 minutes! So, if you need your tires fixed, try this tire shop because they took good care of my buddy!

  Made an appointment online the day before. Entered my information, my vehicle details, and I needed done, etc. Also called and spoke to someone before i made my appointment, who was very nice and helpful might I add. When I got here, tired after working 8 hours in the sun, I walked inside the office to see a lady sitting in the lounge. The door alerts the workers when you open it... after 5 minutes of standing there holding my child and looking out the window into the bay where several people looked at me, not one acknowldged I needed help. So i waited another 5 minutes... then i was just going to leave and go anywhere else. As i was walking out to my truck, a man stopped me and asked if I needed help. He was nice... but then when we walked back into the office, the lady that was sitting in the lounge on her phone was the one who was supposed to help me. She was new so i was patient helping her get me into the computer. The questions she asked I had already put time and effort into my reservation i made yesterday for today. Then she asked me my vin. So i walked outside to get it. Then when I came back she asked me my tag info. So i went back out to get that. Etc. Etc. Yes i should know this by i usually do my own work or my fam does it. At this point in past exhausted. I was told on the phone i could be in and out in 15/20 minutes and it took at least 10 to be greeted then another 10 to get my information..................... 5 stars for the tire rotation and the help i finally got. Everyone was very nice. And i will be back next tire rotation. But I took away a star because I made a reservation and then when I got there, I was hoping at least one of the many employees who looked at me would have at least asked if I needed help... but not one of them did. And again, the door sounds the employees enables you walk in and the road has a cord that alerts the crew as well when you drive in to park. i would have been more understanding being acknowledged.. then having to basically redo in person everything i had put into the reservation online... idk... they need to update their system to save customers some time... the hour i spent here after being told it would only take 15/20 minutes total for my tire rotation is why I gave 4 stars... I would like to add that the lady on her phone in the lounge who saw me waiting through the windows.. she did appologize and said she thought i had been helped already. Since she was not in any type of uniform i thought she was another customer waiting. If i knew she worked there that could have saved me at least 10 minutes.
