  Tony was the technician that helped me out, super friendly and knowledgeable. Didn’t pressure me with upsells. Truly was a 10 minute oil change, highly recommend!

  Express Oil Change Tire Engineers was an incredible service experience with Assistant manager Harvey Chiasson giving A1 knowledge, laughs and personable care along w its technicians. All locations need a Harvey there.

  WOW!!! I received exceptional customer service at my 1st visit to this repair shop Express Oil! The Staff there, Marcus, Harvey & Brad were friendly & professional! I've had a history of mechanical issues with my vehicle and Brad took the time to listen. He suggested a comprehensive inspection that only cost $25! I was pleased that I only had 2 issues that needed my attention. I have a 2006 Ford Explorer that recently has been having aging issues. While I was having my oil changed Harvey noticed coolant leaking behind my driver's side rear tire. I would have NEVER noticed that! After inspection it turn out to be just a hose clamp that deteriorated and causing the leak. Living here in MS the last thing you want is a breakdown in this hot weather due to an overheated engine! I can't thank all of them enough for taking such good care of my vehicle and me!

  Worst experience ever! The “manager” is a joke and there’s a little kid in there changing oil, can’t wait to report to the beau, manager argued with me and I even showed him a coupon and he and the price jumped up $200 worst amount of money I could spend ever!
