  I mistakenly went to my usual Delta Tire World oil change and they charged me $20 per quart oil change and didn't do what they said they did. I'm going to Express Oil Change next time!

  Today was my first visit to Express Oil Change, and to say I was impressed would be a complete understatement! In the interest of full honesty and transparency, I’m what you might call a “drive it until my husband starts giving me concerned looks” kind of woman when it comes to vehicle maintenance. 😂 I was WELL overdue for an oil change and needed to get one before my husband started placing bets on how many warning lights I could collect on my dashboard. I originally went to a competitor that I had been loyal to for years, only to be told they were short-staffed and I would have to wait over an hour. Normally, I might have waited because I’m loyal like that—but considering my poor vehicle had apparently been waiting on an oil change since the Jurassic period, I decided to try Express Oil Change instead. And BOY, am I glad I did! The moment I pulled in, Gage greeted me with a smile and immediately got me taken care of. Before I knew it, my vehicle had an entire pit crew working on it—Gage, another incredibly kind gentleman, and a beautiful, friendly young lady who was right there in the middle of it all, getting her hands dirty and helping service my vehicle! I absolutely loved seeing a woman out there working alongside the guys and clearly knowing exactly what she was doing! 👏🏼 Honestly, my car received the full VIP treatment. They checked my fluids, headlights, brake lights, blinkers, tires, and even cleaned my windshield. At that point, I was starting to wonder if they were going to offer my car a facial and a massage before I left. 😂 Gage also informed me that one of my “sway bars” was loose… or at least I think that’s what he said. 😂 Bless his heart, because he patiently explained everything to me, and I nodded along like I completely understood. The good news is that I now know something underneath my vehicle is loose and I have a very affordable quote to fix it. The bad news is that if you asked me what it was, I would probably just point underneath the car and say, “That thing Gage told me about.” 😂 The entire team was incredibly thorough, friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. They worked together like a well-oiled machine—pun absolutely intended! 😂 Gage took the time to explain everything to me and answer my questions without ever making me feel silly for not knowing much about cars. What started as me being turned away from my usual place turned into me finding my new favorite place to take my vehicles. Their loss was definitely Express Oil Change’s gain! Express Oil Change has officially earned a new loyal customer, and I’ll be moving all FIVE of my vehicles to them. At this point, the whole team might as well learn my name and start reserving me a spot! 😂 Thank you to Gage, the incredibly kind gentleman, and the beautiful, friendly female technician for making something as exciting as an overdue oil change 😂 such a genuinely great experience! I may not know exactly what a sway bar is, but I DO know excellent customer service when I see it—and this entire team absolutely delivered! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

  I pulled up just needing some air in my tires + Gage along with Lexy, quickly put air in my tires so I could get to work! I was in and out in about 3 minutes flat! They were very respectful and professional. I recommend this business to anyone looking for maintenance on their vehicle!

  Had one of the best experiences here, needless to say they took great care of listening to the issues I had with my sequoia and Lexi was just straight on the job!! First class customer service right there, price was right where I thought it would be, and they were fast doing the job.. recommend 100%

  I drive an audi q5 and the past few years i’ve had to drive to a dealership to get my services done because i could not find anyone local that I felt knew how to work with my kind of car. well I made an appointment here and brought my car by this morning and was beyond thrilled by my experience. Not only is it super easy to book an appointment but they immediately got me in at the correct time to service my car. I went in for an oil change and they did a phenomenal job beyond the service. They reset all my warning lights, which doesn’t typically happen at just any local place They inspected every inch of my car to make sure everything was working and up-to-date. All these amazing things at a fraction of the cost of a dealer, but an even better experience than a dealership. I normally would not leave a review but I am very satisfied!!
