  Enterprise is the best. The lady I got my rental from was the most kind person. She treated me like she knew me her whole life. She was very business and professional like, and very very respectful. When you have people like her and has a smile on their face when they greet their customers, this is what makes you want to go back. Thanks yo the lady that k picked my car up from. Also the lady who was there outside when I pulled in to return vehicle was very nice as well.

  The Gulfport airport location corrected a big problem I had with a vehicle picked up earlier in the day from another local location. The lot attendant was very friendly and the front desk woman genuinely cared about my issues. She made a call to someone for some approvals then quickly got me on my way. Whole thing took less than 5 minutes! I’ll always use the Airport Enterprise from now on! Thank you!

  Super friendly staff and easy pickup and return. The car I had was clean and fairly new (only 15,000 miles). However it was overdue for an oil change, and the tires were badly over-inflated. 3 of the tires were at 58 psi and the door sticker said they should be at 31 psi. That's high enough to be dangerous, and cause a blowout.

  Do not trust this location! If they scam you (which they’ll try) you will have no outlet for resolution. On April 9th of 2026 I rented a 1 day one-way rental from Enterprise at the Gulfport Airport and dropped it off 21 hours later at their Asheville, NC location. The rental agreement indicated this store would be closed by the time I arrived and that after hours drop-off was allowed, I just had to return the key in the key drop-off box by the door. When my bill arrived weeks later I saw that I was charged for 2 days instead of 1 so I reached out to the Asheville location and they admitted their error but said they have no ability to fix it as it must be resolved with the location I rented from (Gulfport). The Gulfport Airport location has no direct phone number so I am forced to speak with their corporate customer service and all they do is claim to reach out to Gulfport and tell me to wait to hear back. I've called 10 times and haven't heard anything so I decided to dispute the charge with my credit card company. I don't know if they had any luck reaching them either but they did rule in my favor and returned the money for the extra day to me. I thought this would be case closed on the fraud perpetrated by Enterprise, but I was wrong. Days after being rewarded the money back they started sending emails threatening to take me to collections if I don't pay back the money they took from me. Of course calling them about this issue ran me right back into the same headache of not being able to reach anybody at this location, and corporate refuses to jump in and resolve this. They will publicly respond to this review with a pre-programmed message pretending to care, and tell me to reach out to their corporate help email which will get me nowhere. Prove me wrong, and provide resolution on this now.
