  It's important to note that I have used Enterprise on several occasions before. I already know that if you rent using a debit card, or have a temporary ID, or one of several other issues in play, they will require a second ID. I don't do any of that. I used my credit card and Regular driver's license. I'm in my 50s. No red flags about my rental. The counter agent at Enterprise appeared to want to turn me away as a customer. I had even set up everything online for an easy transaction. I was told to go to another company because I didn't have a second ID with me. Mind you, I had several other debit and credit cards, just not another government issued ID. Only after my insistence at resolving the problem some other way, did she reluctantly suggest me logging into my insurance company's online app and showing her my proof of insurance (which isn't a form of government ID). On a seperate note, the interior of my car hadn't been properly cleaned. I accepted it anyway, but do plan on taking the Enterprise agent's advice, and using a different rental company next time. Probably good advice!

  Stopped at this location to swap out my compact rental car for a midsize sedan, which is what I paid for. The front desk workers at the airport enterprise were extremely rude. When I walked up to the desk to tell them the issue, I was immediately told they could not help me, they didn’t ask for my reservation number or any of the information to even try and problem solve. They walked away from me in the middle of me asking them questions/talking to them. 0/10 experience. Very disappointed in their customer service.

  Renting from enterprise has always been a very good experience.staff always make you feel comfortable, and always gave a smile. From. Waveland to gulfport to Biloxi professional is always my answer for them all.Thank you enterprise keep up the good work.
