If you are renting a car CAREFUL on going to Enterprise on Tennessee Ave in Gulfport, MS. I had the WORST experience with Roberta Greene. I’ve always rented cars with Enterprise and never had any issues, except this last time. A day after renting a vehicle, I took the vehicle back to Enterprise and asked to speak to a supervisor or manager. I was told by the employees that only Roberta would be able to help me with my concern but she would return to work in 3 days. Three days later, I called Roberta but was told to leave a message. Later that day before they closed I called back because she didn’t call me back and again I couldn’t speak to her. The next day I called again. I spoke to her, she said she was very busy and had not forgotten but would have to call me back. Two days went by and I had not heard back, so again I called frustrated not understanding why she was not returning my call. I was placed on hold and was told she was unavailable. This went on and on for days. Unfortunately I couldn’t go in person because of my work schedule. I didn’t want to get charged for a damage on the vehicle that I DID’NT make so after a week and a half I drove to Enterprise. Upon arriving I asked for Roberta. The clerk returned only to let me know that she was in a meeting and could not see me. It wasn’t “She can see you in a few minutes if you would like to wait ”. At that point I became very upset because it was obvious she was avoiding me and refused to help me. I told the clerk, “I have all day, I will wait here until she comes out”. Another worker observed my frustration and said, “Ma’am, I can try to assist you if you tell me what’s going on”. I explained that I wanted to see the video from the day the vehicle was being inspected prior to driving it away. He then assured me he would assist me. He stepped away and after about 10 minutes took me to a office. I entered the office unaware of who the black lady was that sat behind the desk. She started talking to me without introducing herself or even greeting me first, so I asked who she was. It was only then she said, “I’m Roberta, the manager”. I then asked why she gave me the run around for two weeks and didn’t return my call after I left multiple messages. Her response was, “I was busy”. I was blown away by her response. She was the manager??? I’ve been a customer for years, always chosen Enterprise when renting a vehicle but this sure was disappointing. She didn’t offer an apology. About two weeks after returning the vehicle, I received a bill in the mail. I contacted the phone number on the letter (billing office). I explained my awful experience with this so called manager, Roberta Green. The lady in the billing department apologized for Roberta’s unprofessional mistreatment towards me and said Enterprise would take care of the bill. Roberta worker obviously has poor time management and should NOT be representing Enterprise. She’s there to collect a paycheck not to help customers.
