  I simply cannot say enough great things about this Enterprise location. Roberta is an absolute dream to work with. From the moment you step in the door, she is warm and welcoming. She diffused an agitated situation quickly and with grace. The rental car was great, clean and easy to use. If you need a rental car, go see Roberta, she will quickly and kindly take care of you.

  ⭐️ 1 star is too generous. We called Enterprise in Waveland to confirm they had a vehicle before making the trip. We were told they did, so we spent $25 on an Uber to get there. We arrived and were told they had nothing available for the rest of the week. We then called the Gulfport Tennessee Avenue location and specifically explained that we would have to Uber there and needed to know they actually had a vehicle. We were assured we could get one. We spent another $60 on an Uber, only to arrive and find out our last name had been entered incorrectly and apparently we didn’t have an appointment. We were told to wait until 3:30 PM and were assured a vehicle would be coming in from Florida. We had already been there since noon. We specifically asked if 3:30 was guaranteed because we couldn’t afford another wasted Uber ride, and we were told we would have a vehicle. 3:30 came. Still nothing. After hours of waiting, we were finally told there was nothing they could do. We then had to spend another $60 on an Uber home. So we wasted $145 on Ubers, hours of our day, and were repeatedly given incorrect information. The worst part wasn’t even that they didn’t have a vehicle — it was that they knew we were spending money to get there and still gave us false assurance instead of being honest with us. The laughing, dismissive attitude, and complete lack of professionalism made the entire experience even worse. If you don’t have a vehicle, just say that. Don’t waste people’s time and money.
