  Not very good. You can schedule an appointment and when it's time to get a car, they never have any. They let my son go all day thinking he might get a car by 5. So we waited for about 40 minutes because they close at 5. They could have the curiosity to tell us, sorry we still don't have a car. Instead they turned the lights off while we was still in the parking lot waiting. I think next time we're going back to Tupelo instead.

  The whole staff needs to be fired. I went and got a vehicle due to an accident that the insurance paid and my whole experience was not good. I walked into the office and was not greeted by the two clerks that was sitting at their desk. I did not feel welcomed. Long story short this place is deceiving. They do not explain the contract of agreement. They know what the insurance will pays and put you in a vehicle that is over the amount the insurance pays without saying a word about you having to pay the remaining Bal that insurance doesn't cover. Once the vehicle is returned the card that you used to pay the deposit is automatically charged without your consent. The manager is never on site and the staff is unprofessional. The company as a whole doesn't solve complaints.

  Everything was great except I had to have it for two extra days and I got charged for it instead of my insurance. Something should have called to see if I needed the car longer.

  Rented a newer car that didn't have GPS for a long trip. Customer Service and local areas claimed they would find a car with GPS and would call me back. I not one time heard from Enterprise. I don't have issues other than when doing business with Enterprise renting vehicles. You would think after the size of this company and unsatisfied customers, they would do better! Never again will I let them waste my time with unresolved conflicts...
