I made a reservation to go pick up my vehicle on May 11th The following morning around 9AM I headed over there to pick up a vehicle which I was told they had no vehicles proceeded to do a drive around and seen a Camry that was being washed recently was brought back, but they did not want to give me a vehicle. they proceeded to tell me to wait until 3 PM when I had plans to go out of town at 1 PM to pick someone up I had informed them what I was trying to do, and even though they had vehicles on the lot, they still did not want to give me a vehicle. The representatives are horrible. It seems that they fired the wrong person because whoever this new person is they’re terrible
