After being repeatedly disserviced by the Moss Point location I went to this location out of frustration and now it's the only Grease Monkey I'm willing to go to down here. Excellent service and very expedient. Rene is wonderful and goes above and beyond.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding service from Rene at Grease Monkey in Gautier! I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Rene was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about taking care of us. She took the time to explain everything, answered our questions, and made sure we understood what was going on instead of just trying to sell us something. It’s refreshing to deal with someone who treats customers with respect and actually takes pride in their work. Rene went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of, and that kind of customer service is getting harder and harder to find these days. If you’re in the Gautier area and need automotive service, I highly recommend Grease Monkey…and especially Rene. She made the whole experience easy and stress-free. Thank you, Rene, for taking such great care of us! You’ve definitely earned a customer for life. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

This was probably the best experience I've ever had at Grease Monkey. I have to mention Jasmine because not only was her professionalism and knowledge of what she was doing totally on point, but the way she treated me was exceptional. I was not just another car pulling through to get a service; she seriously treated me as though I mattered and did everything she possibly could to make my experience a positive one. Also, Sean was incredibly kind and professional. I've been coming to this particular Grease Monkey for as many years as I can remember, and this is the first time I've wanted to leave a review. I've honestly never had a bad experience, but if this was my first time, I would most definitely continue to return and spread the word. No doubt I'll be back. Thank you Jasmine and Sean for a great experience!
