  Croooooked as a question mark! These yahoos don’t know what they are doing. They changed my engine oil and engine air filter. When performing this extremely simple task, they left the engine harness loose. The harness hung down next to the A/C compressor pulley. The A/C compressor pulley rubbed through the harness, causing a check engine light to come on and my truck to glitch out going down the road. I pulled over and ran a diagnostic test. I found the issue. I fixed it using solder and electrical tape. I called Valvoline the next day and asked very politely for them to make this right. Before they had time to study the detailed pictures that I had sent them, Hunter refused my claim, declaring my vehicle too old for Valvoline to take responsibility. This time, much harsher, I explained so that even the simplest mind could understand: “This issue came about a day after your service. This issue is a direct result of a repair that you made. I have pictures proving everything!” I then asked Hunter to let me speak with his boss. Hunter refused and hung up the phone. I called Valvoline once more, asking to be put in contact with upper management. They put me in contact with Robbie, and the problem was resolved. I received financial compensation for the repair.

  The Valvoline by the Kroger at Castlewoods I have been going since it was open!! NO LONGER....I usually walk to Kroger while I have my oil changed! NOPE...I cant get out of my car...ALL BS.....My casual nice oil change visit will be no longer happen due too your poor judgement to not allow a guest to enjoy. I will tell my family of six to not bring their cars, vans, trucks,etc their anymore. A poor $5000 a year decision on your part. Yes I understand liability but this is not a liable environment if monitored by good customer service and awareness of its guest. Poor poor judgement. Shame on a good name brand and well established co.
