  We were traveling to Biloxi from West Texas and a rock flew up and cracked our windshield. The first place we stopped at had sent everyone home, so we were referred to mid state glass. I called ahead, and their last appointment was at 4 pm. It’s 3:56. Panic. We speed over. They get us in anyway. Super fast. Great service. Saved our windshield from cracking all the way across. 10 for 10 would recommend.

  Always have done business with Mid State even at their old location. Was worth the drive to get my window fix, but a few weeks later came back because window was not working. After trying different ideas on the window and still it did not work, Mid State referred me to another business and they setup an appointment with me and was able to fix my window the same morning. Fantastic! I give Mid State and it's employee 5 plus ⭐s.

  BMW X7 rear driver side door window was replaced. Great service, was finished in under 20 minutes. They even delivered the car to me when finished! Will definitely use again!

  Always good service, my windshield is a magnet for rocks, but I am thankful that the chips have not resulted in runners. They do a great job and the wait time is pretty short. I would highly recommend this business. Thank you for serving my vehicle. RM

  lady answering the phone was extremely rude when i asked to speak to the owner, she then told me "yeah" and hung up. I cant even get my window fixed smh
