The woman who was present when we brought my mother's truck in told us it would take 1.5 hours to replace all the tires and perform the alignment. 3 hours later, they finally have it ready. The woman is no longer there and the guy at the counter says, "I thought a guy dropped off that truck." Even after seeing us sitting in the waiting room an hour earlier. I did not have another 1.5 hours to waste at this place and we'll be servicing her vehicle elsewhere from now on.

They will take advantage of people who have no knowledge about the pricing of parts you need or fixed. They have charged me 1,200 for breaks claiming I needed calipers etc. they basically claimed the rest of the breaks are done, and that it needs a whole changed. And when we got the car looked at again, the other shop said there was actually nothing wrong, but a break fluid only. They didn’t do well communicating back when we try to fix the issue as well. Go to few shops before deciding please.
