Came in with a screw in a tire. Repair started within 10 minutes of arrival. Was shown the screw, and shown the plug repair. All this at no charge! I'll be back for new tires in 10,000 miles!

Called and asked about a service. Was told to bring it in. Got there, said it would be a little bit but around an hour.
Waited over and hour and half only to be told tech just came back from lunch (4:30) and won’t have time to do the wheel alignment. Why did I have to wait the hour and half. Unprofessional.

This is my first experience at Mavis in Flowood and I am so impressed already. I am currently waiting for my tire to be replaced and I couldn’t wait to leave my review because I am THAT pleased with my time spent in this store. Rayn deserves all of the praise for being an exceptional employee and an all-around genuine soul; she has made me feel like family from the time she answered my phone call desperate for help. In my personal experience when they first opened they were great now in order to get a tire fixed 10 out of 10 I've had to either fix myself or take it to another shop for a patch and the past 2 times I never was not able to conduct business because there systems were down or the girl being the counter was by herself and didn't have time for a price and I left the tire there over night and waited until the next day and she's still by herself and didn't have time
