  I give this location a 1/10. We rented a large suv for a week, we called multiple times to confirm that we would be able to receive a large suv as we needed the space for our trip. Only to arrive & not be to get the large suv because we are under the age of 25. If this is the rule, they shouldn’t allow you to book it because it asked for my birthday or the agent should have told me before I arrived when i called and confirmed the reservation on different occasions. The second issue we had with enterprise was being able to use my debit card. I’ve used my debit card on multiple occasions with the enterprise in clinton. therefore I was forced to switch the name the rental was under, i had to pay an additional $245 on the rental for an underage fee PER person as well as an additional driver fee. I will never book with enterprise again, this makes them look bad & money hungry.

  Genuinely the worst experiences I’ve ever had with car rentals. Last year I rented one of their cars out a week in advance. The day came to pick it up and they didn’t have the car, at any of their locations in the surrounding areas. No notification, no compensation, just no car. I was driving to visit my mom and they completely messed that trip up. Fast forward to 3 days ago. I rent a car for this weekend to take my niece up to St. Louis. Upon arrival I’m told I have to have a major credit card or two utility bills in my name. I have neither as I rent a room and do not have bills in my name. There was nothing about this said on the website nor the two times I called them leading up to today to make sure they had my car there. Terrible communication and customer service. I highly do not recommend.

  Only one person in the building could assist my son. The insurance company upgrade rental from standard to luxury and only one employee could locate the new update. We had to sit and wait over half an hour until the gentleman was finished helping another customer because the other two employees didn’t know how to locate the new update.
