  Crew was very friendly and knowledgeable. They recommended services but was not pushy about it. Took very good care of my vehicle. Best all around. Great job and experience.

  I really wish I can give them no stars man the store manager James is a liar! My car was taken there in April they forgot to replace my coolant lid long story short my engine was blown they took responsibility for it well the mechanic did after coming out to evaluate it they took my car for almost a month from me in total of not being able to drive I’m on dialysis so here I am catching Ubers from Gulfport to davita in ocean springs a 30$ trip there and back so I sent James my receipt for uber and was told I would be reimbursed but that’s not the issue the issue is that I requested paperwork on the engine that was put in at first I was told it was going to be a new engine so when they finally dropped off the vehicle I popped the hood and noticed it wasn’t new and so I asked him for the paperwork he told me he didn’t have it on him and he would have to email it to me so I patiently waited for a week and a half for him to get back to me so I reached out again asking for the paperwork on the engine that was put in he tells me that he doesn’t know and that I would have to talk to the district manager and that the engine has a one year warranty trying to distract me from what I’m asking which is simply the paperwork on this engine. So I ask for his bosses information he said that he was driving I reached out to him again for the information and was completely ignored and have been every since so if anybody knows how to get ahold of Donovan the district manager or the franchise owner please let me know I’ve been very patient and understanding but enough is enough I can’t drive the vehicle again because it’s Misfiring and flashing an engine light which I sent him a video of and he’s ignored me James the store manager

  I was skeptical at first, I’ve always been to the dealer, Everybody at this location was exceptionally professional. They all worked as a team, they checked just about everything they could! I was in and out of there in a jiffy! Pun intended! I will go back! Thank you guys!!
