When I finally managed to get transferred back to him after repeated attempts, he abruptly refused to work with me at all despite previously agreeing to help. Asking customers to send sensitive information and then ghosting them is unacceptable customer service, especially for people already dealing with a stressful legal situation. I expected basic communication and professionalism and received neither.
