  When I returned the vehicle, there was a tiny crack on black plastic frame of the passenger side mirror. They told me it could have happened when another vehicle parked next to me and their car door opened and caused the tiny crack. I had to pay $500, my collision/comprehensive deductible. That was a hard blow and left me feeling I had no recourse whatsoever. I wasn’t sure if it was there beforehand but I wish I would have video taped the initial inspection. I’ve never had this happen before when I’ve rented a vehicle in the past.

  The staff member that helped us was very nice. Service was a bit slow. Important to note they do not do pickups (as the company advertises) on Saturdays. The car was in great condition. The location was convenient.
