  Ms. Tanya at the D'Iberville, Mississippi branch is the sole reason I would consider renting from Enterprise again. During a trip to Altoona, Pennsylvania, we discovered the vehicle had a check engine light upon arrival. Roadside assistance directed us to two local branches, and while I understood that an exact replacement vehicle may not have been available, the dismissive attitude we encountered — combined with having to visit multiple locations — was deeply frustrating. To make matters worse, the replacement vehicle we were ultimately given also had a service engine light. The Johnstown branch assured us the original vehicle would be inspected and that they would follow up with us — but that call never came. It was Ms. Tanya, calling all the way from Mississippi, who finally stepped in and delivered the level of customer service we should have received from the start. She has earned 5 stars without question, and the remaining branches are solely responsible for the 3-star overall rating. Ms. Tanya deserves a raise or a promotion — she is a true asset to this company.

  Friendly team at D’Iberville made the rental experience extremely pleasant. I’ll definitely use these folks when I come back. Kenya, Alec, Ty and Kenny were all outstanding. Thank you all!!

  Rented a Sentra in Biloxi, MS. The car was clean and performed well. Only 4 stars because of difficulty and 2 hour delay with picking up the car... Enterprise could not be contacted to pick me up for a ride to the rental location

  Car wasnt ready, ended up with a camry instead of an SUV, gave us the car on empty. Damage to the rocker and associate said it was noted. Now they are trying to charge for it. Horrible location!

  Just terrible. They let you reserve a car but never tell you that they may or may not need two forms of ID. Wasted so much of my own time.
