  Dianna at the Corinth location is an absolute rockstar! When I pulled up today, she greeted me with a warm smile and cold bottle of water. She completed my oil change quickly with efficiency and precision. She checked in with me throughout with updates and even shared helpful information like how they do courtesy oil checks and top-offs. I mentioned to her that I think the Strickland Brothers marketing is awesome (coming from a marketing professional), but her exceptional customer service is what really took my experience to the next level. I will be a lifelong customer if every oil change is as wonderful as it was today.

  I do not know the guys name that did my oil change, but you better make sure you keep him, he was very thorough and very polite

  Great place to get your oil changed. Friendly, competent, fair pricing, with oil change and engine air filter change I was out in less than 10-15 minutes. They check that your lights are good, blinkers work, brake lights work and tire pressure. You don’t see that very often nowadays!! Highly recommend!!

  I gave this location a second chance after a disappointing experience, and unfortunately, it confirmed my decision not to return. During my previous visit for an oil change and tire rotation, one of my locking lug nuts was never reinstalled. As a result, I had to purchase an entirely new set. When I returned to discuss the issue, there was no effort to resolve it. One employee simply responded, "Well, I didn't do that," and the manager's response was, "I wasn't the manager then." Neither response addressed the problem or demonstrated any concern for customer service. Hoping that experience was an isolated incident, I returned this past weekend. When I arrived, an employee eventually came out looking as though he had just woken up. I told him I needed an oil change and tire rotation, and instead of greeting me or offering assistance, he stood there silently as if my request was an inconvenience. When I asked if there was a problem, he replied, "Well, it's just me, and that takes time," despite another employee being present and there being no other customers before, during, or after my visit. I completely understand that services take time and that staffing can sometimes be limited. What I don't understand is the lack of professionalism, poor communication, and unwillingness to provide basic customer service. Based on my experiences, I cannot recommend this location.
