Professional from beginning to end! Fixed my car same day and had offers of financing if needed. Thanks Midas, you still have that "magic touch"!

I came to Midas to have an oil warning light looked at and a tail light replaced. We ended up being there for about 5 hours and were told they would have to order the tail light and would call us when it came in. After two weeks with no call, we reached out ourselves and were told the light still hadn’t come in. It has now been about two months, and we still have not received a single call or update. I find this very unprofessional, especially since we had to be the ones to reach out in the first place. The only reason we chose this location was because it was the closest place that worked with our warranty. Unfortunately, after this experience, we will not be going back.

I called around and nobody would do my alignment on a Saturday they were either booked up or wouldn’t touch my truck cause it had a lift in the front. I came to Midas and the woman was very helpful so was the technician. After my alignment it drove wonderfully. I very much recommend Columbus Midas.

They got me in to replace my brake pads and rotors on my 2017 Audi A4 after I had been experiencing shaking during brake application due to warped rotors. I had taken the vehicle into 2 other shops before hand that could not narrow down the issue and left we without any help. Midas was a much different experience! Their communication was great and they were able to identify the issue and complete the work extremely fast. I dropped the vehicle off at 2:00 PM for the initial diagnosis and it was ready for pick up with all the work completed by 5:30 PM on the same day! My braking action is now smoother than ever and the problem has been resolved! I highly recommend Midas for any brake-related problems or repairs. Thank you again for helping me out.
