I got billed extra money in the middle of the week too that could have been explained when I got the rental. The guys in there know what they are doing. I would recommend talking to them.

He was very informative and when my boss pit in a wrong time of pick up, FOUR hrs late, he got me out an hr and half earlier! Note: he also did something ive never seen, checked each tire for tread before i left. Attention to detail. Very thankful as my ride back to Nola was entirely thunderstorms! Felt safer! Thanks again!

There were half a dozen staff members and only 2 customers. I reported the obvious smell of cannabis which was addressed with headache inducing air freshener. I suggest you choose another location or pack temperance.
