Lies , unprofessional , attitude thank goodness for google. When I asked for the number to the cooperate office I was told there was not one. I found the number on google then I was told the area manager would call me another lie. Hopefully I will never have to get another car from Enterprise

- TMTeri MaurerJul 1, 20261.0If I could give no stars I would. On multiple occasions they’ve called to confirm my husbands reservation only for us to get there and wait 45 minutes to an hour. The problem is clearly within the management and staff because it hasn’t always been this way. If we had a choice we wouldn’t rent from here. Don’t bother calling corporate either because they say there’s nothing they can do.
