Living 2 1/2 hours away from the Honda dealership, Jeremy FaceTime us and showed us the car to make sure it was the one we wanted. Jeremy went above and beyond what a sales person normally does! We will definitely use Carl Hogan for any Honda purchases in the future. Even though they are a slight distance from our home, it was well worth the drive. - KBKen BurchettJun 6, 20265.0Was traveling from New Orleans back to NW Ohio with my six year old son and his 70-something grandparents when my Odyssey broke down just off the Natchez Trace detour in Ackerman. Had to get AAA to tow it to Columbus that night. They diagnosed the problem right away as soon as they opened in the morning, fixed the oil pressure sensor (they had the part in stock), and had me back on the road before lunchtime. Service advisor was friendly and helpful. I was incredibly pleased when what could have been a traveling nightmare was turned into just a minor glitch. Great service.
