  Took my truck to have serviced under my service plan and have new tires put on. They didn’t change my window sticker so I called to verify the actual mileage that they changed my oil and filters come to find out they never even changed it so put me 5,000 over my interval. My service plans are prepaid so it basically knocked me out of an oil change. They just said oops didn’t even offer to rectify the issue whatsoever.

  Had a good first time experience here! My husband gets his oil changed here and suggested I come here as well. He told them that my brakes may be squeaking and the possible issue and they went right in and fixed it. Gave me a discount and got the job done with installing brake pads and etc. Ryan was extremely helpful and kind. The service was also quick on a Friday afternoon. Here is my new oil change service.

  Bill Russell Ford of Columbus Ms did an amazing Replacing parts / fixing my 2024 Mustang GT Premium performance package . The dealership had my 2024 Mustang GT Premium for two weeks due to a Ford recall and other warranty issues . They did not provide a loaner at the time , but they did keep me updated on the car . Also They had very good communication . When it was time for me to pickup the Mustang , the team was very kind and accommodating . So far the car rides Awesome with not 1 problem . I highly recommend ( BILL RUSSELL FORD OF COLUMBUS MS ) & Thanks for your service⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
