  I had the oil changed and tire rotation and had made an appointment for a Tuesday. My daughter had to take the car for me and she said all was good. Devee met her outside of service dept and took good care of her. The next day Jeff and Greg helped me with an unexpected issue and had help to me fast! Everyone worked together and made it a good experience for us. Thank all of you!

  What a great purchase I made at Bill Russell today!! Now, let me talk about the young lady name Mary that sold me my car! She is phenomenal and has such a beautiful light!! Such a fantastic experience unlike the typical high pressure environment that comes with buying a vehicle. She made it seamless, transparent and with impressive speed. Even with a few hiccups on my end, she was patient with me and made sure I was comfortable with all of the paper work and pricing. She walked me through everything and even gave me different options of similar cars when I thought I wasn’t going to be able to purchase the one I put my eye on! I also have to give a big shout out to Lee and Chef! The entire staff was so polite and made sure that I was accommodated!! All in all, it was a 10 out of 10 experience! I would encourage anybody who is looking for a great car at an exceptional value? Look no further than Bill Russell and make sure that you ask for Mary to get you a great deal!

  My daughter is a student at MSU and she has used Bill Russell Ford in the past with wonderful service. The service department was fast, reliable and the service provided dependable service, which is very important to a parent whose child is 1800 miles away without any family nearby. She started having trouble with her radio screen not turning off and running her battery down leaving her stranded. So it was a no brainer to send her back for them to diagnose the issue while taking care of a recall and an oil change (tire rotation is a service provided when getting the oil changed). When diagnostics were ran several error codes came up, one of which was the radio, and apparently the AC as well, even though there hasn’t been any issues with the AC controls. The truck does have a professionally installed Alpine ixl-407 radio. After several days of fumbling it was decided that the truck has an aftermarket radio which happens to be the cause of the issue and after nearly 2 weeks they were unable to fix the issue. Solution is we would need to take the truck to an audio specialist where it would be very time consuming and costly. I paid so she could pickup after hours. After driving back 40ish miles back to school she realized that her truck was going doing the road as if out of alignment which was not an issue before. I had her call the dealership to see if they would take care of the issue where she was told that the dealership did not cause that problem. So she took it to a tire shop in town where we paid to have them in fact say that the truck was not out of alignment but the tires were placed on the truck in the wrong place causing the truck to display out of alignment issues. Then took the truck to an audio specialist who took 30 mins to fix a wiring issue. Now we are left with AC controls not working properly. The Alpine radio was installed with a Ford supplied factory trim package where the AC controls were moved over to the new hardware. We have been dealing with this issue of over 3 weeks now. I’m frustrated with the dealership not wanting to repair the AC controls issue responsibly since the controls were working properly BEFORE arriving at the dealership. I truly believe that businesses should be given an opportunity to correct an issue responsibly without all of the run around. I will update this review to reflect the final outcome.
