  Worst enterprise I’ve ever seen. No rush, no costumer service. Both times I’ve rented it’s taken over an hour to get my car. Cars have never been ready, never have gas. They tell you “wait five minutes” and it’s 40mins plus…no sorry for the wait, nothing.

  Never had an issue great service and clean cars and most importantly great store customer service.

  Unfortunate renting experience, cars not available even with reservation, customer support recommends to keep calling for a possible car return, about10 minutes waiting for someone to pick up the phone.
