  Bad customer service Leaves you on hold for 20 mins Hangs the phone up after letting it ring Rude people If you want to do a return they always try to come up with an excuse especially the tall skinny bald guy with glasses I don’t like him at all he is rude and lazy

  God Blessed us today by putting us in the path of Terrence Pittman. We had an ignition coil go bad on our trip home. Terrance found a part and installed it so we could get home which is 5 hours away. He's a great addition to Auto Zone. Thank you!
