  They are very friendly in their customer service. I was thrilled that they were connected with Vavoline oil change in Pearl. It definitely made it easier that all of my oil changes are together on record. I will continue using Vavoline Oil change.

  Staff was very professional and knowledgeable. The team worked well together and appeared to get along. The greeted and farewell with a smile. They also had great little vehicular jokes 😃 this was my 1stbtime here and ill be back.

  I have never had a bad experience there. Everyone is always nice and helpful. I appreciate that they don't try to upsell me on anything I don't need.

  I went in yesterday to have my oil changed in my two thousand one chevrolet , pick up with a v6. First , the manager could not find my vehicle in the system. We finally got that straight and I heard the technician calling out the details for my old change and I heard him say six quarts of whatever type oil. I interrupted him and said, I'm sorry, but this truck does not take 6 quarts of oil. It only takes four point five. He looked at me and read off of his screen, and he said, are you not in a 2021 Chevrolet suburban?? I looked around at my vehicle that I was sitting in and said, I'm clearly not. He got the manager , the manager came over and found the correct vehicle , and then the technician started doing all their checks under the hood. They used one of the air conditioner pressure check hoses that come with a can of freon from the auto parts store to check my a c which was blowing cold as ice before I pulled in there and while I was talking to the manager, but when they got through checking it, the manager came over and told me that I had a problem with a valve and I need to have it checked by an A.C person, that they didn't offer that service. I showed the manager that the air was freezing cold and said, I've never had any trouble with it. Don't have to add freon or anything. He said he just had to make a note of it and that I could do what I wanted. They didn't offer that service. Once I was through with the oil change as the afternoon progressed , the truck was getting less cool and less cool. I came outside this morning and started my truck and its blowing only hot air. And it's the fourth , so they are closed. I was always a castrol fan , but I liked the convenience of the valvoline place but I think it's time to switch back to castrol. Now, who's fixing my air conditioner? It's one hundred and ten , with the heat factor. It's hot!!!!
