  Sad I made an appointment online completely acknowledged me pulling in then checked my vehicle off like they did the car so I go pick it up yesterday after work didnt even touch it sadly, and the crazy thing is is it already had an inspection? I just needed him to check two things and give my white slip. I couldn’t even do that.

  The guys at Alternative Automotive did an excellent job at getting my Corvette back on the road when others couldn’t. I was impressed with the level detailed information shared with me throughout the troubleshooting and repair process. Very much appreciated!

  Alternative Automotive is the only place I will take my car from now on. I spoke with Jerod to get an appointment set up for an alignment, and to check on some dashboard lights. He could not have been nicer, more helpful, or greater to talk to over the phone. Jerod got me in for an appointment the next day and was very detailed and diligent when speaking to me about my car repairs. The process was seamless and very quick. Once the car was finished, I received a text to call the shop to go over the repairs/billing. Jerod once again explained everything to me in detail and never once tried to up charge me or have me pay for unnecessary services. I was able to pay online and pick up my key from their lock box at my own convenience, how nice is that! Their prices were very fair, especially for the work done to my car. This is an honest shop who will take care of you like their own. I recommend them to anyone!

  I stumbled across this business by accident when I my car broke down in the area (I was over an hour away from home) and let me tell you…I’m sure glad I did. Those guys were very efficient with their work and diagnosing of my car ,they kept me aware of everything that they found and suggested , providing me a total breakdown of what was happening. In addition to that they provided me with a loaner car so that I could continue on while my car was being serviced (that was extremely helpful) . To sum it up I recommend them to anyone that cares about their car 😉😌 I’ll take that drive again if need be because the service was totally worth it . Shout out to Jarrod and Steve for sure ,along with the rest of the team
