AT FIRST IT WAS GONNA BE A BIG REPAIR BUT THEY TOOK THE EXTRA TIME AND LOOKED AND FOUND THE ISSUE. WHAT COULD HAVE BEEN A BIG REPAIR WAS A SMALL REPAIR. WE HAVE USED CAR RX SEVERAL TIMES NOW AND HAVE NOT BEEN DISAPPOINTED. THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR YOUR FAST SERVICE AND THE EXTRA TIME!!! WE WILL BE BACK.

- ACAshley CaltonJul 19, 20222.0We are from out of state but my in-laws live in Willard and swore this was the place to take out vehicle when the A/C wouldn't work. My husband had replaced the A/C and recharged it before we left our home state, but it still wasn't working. Took it here and they replaced the A/C and all that again. Over $1000 later and it still doesn't work. Apparently they didn't bother to check the A/C or they would've realized it wasn't working. When we took it back they wanted another $1000+ to fix it. They told him the part was over $200 and it'd take 4-5 hours to replace it. My husband found the part at O'Reilly for $100 and changed it out within 30 minutes. Also, that ended up not being the issue. I can't say I'd recommend this place. I know my in-laws have been good customers but like my mother in law said, they'll have to rethink that after this mess. Avoid it
