- ASAmanda SavoieAug 25, 20261.0This place sucks!!! I only deal with them if I ABSOLUTELY have to. I’d rather go to Springfield to get a rental. The last few times I’ve tried renting from them, it’s been TERRIBLE! Once they didn’t have a vehicle available for months out. This time, they didn’t have the vehicle I reserved a month ago, which gave them plenty of time to get another but instead they wanted to give me a mini van and the kicker is they weren’t going to tell me until I showed up there but I called them! I canceled with them and went to another company and I won’t be back! I’m sick of their not being professional, and they’re not even apologetic about it. They ALWAYS say it has hail damage. That’s always the excuse. I rented the larger vehicle for a family trip for a reason! They just have this oh well, it is what it is attitude.They lie to their customers and they don’t communicate with them at all. If you have another option, I wouldn’t rent from them. Came to edit to reply to Michelle: I went to the site you provided and it pulled a chat with me on the enterprise website. I already reported it to higher level when I called and cancelled the reservation due to not wanting to drive the mini van. You should be hearing from them with my name and canceled rental reservation information. If not, feel free to look it up in your cancellations and give me a call to discuss it yourself. Thanks!

The car I drove was a full size hybrid Toyota Camry very nice and fantastic fuel efficiency. Glad to have this car rental place so close to a rural area . Will use this service again.
