  Showed up at 4 pm. No one in line except car being serviced. Guy comes out at 410 says 10 min. Scans my car in. 450 I’m still waiting in line with zero update. I get out to ask and he gets an attitude and says it’ll be at least 5 min. So waiting an hour in a quick service oil change place when you are 1st inline is completely absurd and unacceptable. If they had a problem or extra service added, then update those in line. When I finally moved in, there were 10+ cars waiting.

  I showed up at 0900 on sunday aug 30th 2026. Andrew and Sean showed up at 0900. However, their manager Dominque (I believe his name is) did not show up until well after 10:00 and jiffy lube didn’t take customers until 10:30. Andrew and Sean could not open the store because the manager had the keys to the building. The manager didn’t call, or otherwise notify his employees of his tardiness. This poor leadership impacts the employees and more importantly the customer. My only request is that Andrew and Sean are paid at 2x their normal wage for the hours spent from 0900-1030 while they waited on the boss and told customers they could not open the building.

  I wasn’t going to write this- and to be honest I HATE writing bad reviews but I was left with no choice - I tried calling the customer care line and they called me back promised me that if I email a receipt to an email address that I’d be issued a refund and a text message with a coupon and it’s been 4 days with no response. I get European oil- they checked before they started and said they had some in stock. As they were doing the oil change they noticed they were a few qts short to complete my oil change. Some kid that worked there brings up a different oil and was about to dump it in- when someone called him out. He was LITERALLY laughing about it. Like it wouldn’t have been a disaster for my car. They charged me $200, for an incomplete oil change, sat in the bay for 45-1 hour and I’ve been issued no refund- I’ve been going here for YEARS. No chance I’ll ever come back.

  Dustin was absolutely awesome! He changed my oil quickly, made sure that all my fluids were topped off, and was overall just had very great customer service. I will absolutely come back to see him!

  My biggest concern is that I pulled in at the opening of the store to have my oil changed and I was provided a receipt that said that everything was checked OK before they even completed the oil change. I never saw them check the tires and when I inquired about the tires, they mentioned that they were short staffed so they hadn’t checked the tires. On the receipt that I was provided it said that my tire pressure was checked and then it was marked as OK (the car was showing them at different psi and not at the level they should be at). This leaves me driving away feeling very doubtful than any of the other checked “OK” items were in fact OK I’m leaving on a road trip and didn’t want to have problems which is why the tire pressure was important to me, and the obvious checking of the other things I have always had done at other Valvoline locations. But now I’m wondering if any of the other things were actually in fact checked. It isn’t a good practice to lie to your customers. I will never return to this location again because I don’t feel like they’ve done all of the things that they should’ve done for the money that it is I’ve spent, and because I point blank caught them in a lie. Trust is at an all-time low. Additionally, my lights weren’t checked, cabinet filter wasn’t checked, etc. I’m sure things are different at different locations but whenever I’ve researched your standard, these are things that are within your standard as a company.
