- TSTracy SMay 12, 20261.0We went for an oil change as we always have, expecting the same service as we always have. We did get to pull right in as there was only one car in the lot already. But that is when it all went down hill. We pulled in, they took our air filter out, brought up a new one, showed us ours compared to the new one, we said we didn't eant to change it at this time. The old filter was THROWN into the under hood area, then the new ine was slammed back into its original box and THROWN a side. Now, while thisbis going on, the oil is being drained from.rhe car. He fills the washer fluid tank, hurrys and fills the oil, shuts the hood and guides us out.. NOONEA CHECKED the tires, the brake lights the headlights the blinker lights... noone talked ro us, noone did ANYTHING but the oild and we left in amazement that they didn't even discuss services our car may need. Will not return to this Valvaline!!!!
