- CBCurtiss Baker2 days ago2.0Everything about the experience was just as it should be: service fast and correctly performed. Priced very reasonable. No issues at all. But…there was one employee that was so unprofessional and obnoxious that I would not return for that reason. She had very little interaction with me but I observed her: yelling obscenities , running around the shop, leaving her work station and going to back of shop yelling and hitting a toolbox. When I was paying she was helping me. The hand held card reader had some issue that I don’t know, she cursed at it and threw it on the floor…. A “manager” asked her what was wrong and she stated to him that she dropped it. Her outbursts were unprofessional and ridiculous. Everyone, customers and other employees and managers, watched her. She made sure she was the center of everyone’s attention. Awful
