  I wanted to take a road trip with my son for his tenth birthday and I wanted to do it in a small pick up. When I went to pick up that truck, it was returned with hail damage and I wasn't able to rent it. The staff at the Wentzville, MO location went above and beyond to make up for this inconvenience. I was able to exchange the vehicle they gave me for a pickup at another location. Even after going to all the locations I wanted with my son, on the why back, I exchange again at Rapid City Airport for a car that got doubled the fuel mileage to head home in. Overall, what started out as a bad first experience, turn into a really great experience. Great memories made with my son and Enterprise was apart of making it happen. Thank you Enterprise! Great job!

  This is a crazy busy place but they are very friendly and efficient. They try there best to get you moving but they are very nice the whole time. It was the easiest part of my day to pick up and drop off the car.

  Last Saturday rented a car while mine is in the shop. Wentzville location was very busy with only one associate running everything. He did a great job hurrying and helping everyone. However, my middle name was put as my first name on the paperwork and it took a while to get it fixed. When we got into the car, it was dirty inside and out but no biggie, at least they had something available. No visual inspection was done by employee and it had obviously been recently returned. The next day, I saw this hanging down. Someone duct taped something hanging down in the front. I’m really glad I didn’t need this to drive out of town as who knows what the damage is. Inspections should always be done to avoid this for the next customer.

  I rent here often fir work trips. No matter if I book a night before or month before I always get confirmed. Well when I show up they always say that they have no cars. But don’t worry there will be four people standing at the counter to tell you that.
