  Reasonable weekly rates, convenient pick up and drop off, and friendly, top notch customer service, all contribute to my continued satisfaction with Enterprise car rental. I am especially pleased with the hardworking, attentive people at the Wentzville MO location.

  I used to think Enterprise was the best, not anymore. I reserved a mini van because we needed an 8 passenger vehicle. I was called & told the week of that they may not have 1 available. I was told since my reservation was the last one to come, which means everyone aheas of me gets 1st consideration. The manager then said he would see what he could do & call me back. I never received a call back that day. The next day, I received a voicemail confirming my reservation & a text to confirm. I clicked on the link, it showed my mini van reservation. The day I go to pick up the minivan he said he didn't have any. When I asked him why did he call me back, he said he told me he would call me back if he "found" one. I mean, what sense does that make? We were leaving the next morning at 4am. He did offer me 2 cars, which would be way more. This was for a girl scout trip, we are on a budget. Also, there is only 1 me, I can't drive both cars. I left in tears. I couldn't pick up anything until after work, everyone was closed by them. If there was no van available, why was I able to reserve it? I do not recommend Enterprise!!!

  My sister reserved a car weeks ahead of time from Wentzville, MO office and went to pick it up and they said they had NO CARS! Next day, when she had to leave for trip, still no car! I’d give minus 5 stars if that were an option! They ended up driving to PA in their older vehicle HOPING it doesn’t break down to visit her elderly parents (95 years old) who are not well! She just left today, so we’re hoping they arrive safely-NO THANKS TO ENTERPRISE!

  I will now only rent from this enterprise in Wentzville because of the great service. The manager Brian always goes above and beyond to make it a great experience. Brian and his staff are always friendly and make sure you are taken care of. I have had plenty of bad experiences with other rental car places but with the great, friendly customer service I receive each and every time at the Wentzville enterprise location I wont rent anywhere else.
