I rented a 15 passenger van through the website 48 hours before I needed it. Tatiana called me early on the day of the reservation to confirm the request. The vehicle was ready when requested. I was greeted by 3 smiling employees including Tatiana during pickup. They carried on a conversation with me and were genuinely interested in the reason I rented the van. The rental was an integral part of a fun Mizzou football weekend. We plan on making this an annual event. Thanks Enterprise.

Lazy, arrogant staff. They never have the vehicle type you actually reserved and they seem to think you should be grateful that they would rent anything to you at all.

Huge shoutout to Tatiana at Enterprise in Wentzville! I needed a rental on very short notice, and she went above and beyond to find one for me. She was friendly, professional, and made the whole process incredibly easy. Amazing customer service—thank you, Tatiana!

The guys at the desk at both rental and return were great. Van was good but brought to us with the gas light on, with notifications that the oil life was at 0 needing an oil change, and it wasn’t detailed, we found Wendy’s cup in the back along with some other small things.
