  Alignment tech said my car failed for an outer tie rod. I asked if I could see it and they said yes. Went out in bay and checked. Nothing wrong. Told me $492 for tie rod and alignment and they can fix it. Weird that the alignment tech failed it for something that requires an alignment. I said it’s good and they said it wasn’t. So I left and took it to another shop and nothing was wrong with it. I will never go to dobbs again. Also made a social media post about my experience. I hope nobody in wentzville uses that dobbs. They are hurting people by not doing the right thing. Just trying to rob people. You should be ashamed.

  Well Bob said both my a/c compressor was bad and my suction line was leaking refrigerant. I doubted that diagnoses, but he was correct. Of course we did the repair for fraction of the cost but I owe Bob a big Thank you for being professional and putting up with me

  I booked an appointment online and took my daughter's car in for inspection/emission. The initial process was easy upon arrival in the morning and the car was completed by 2:30 that day. Quick, easy, satisfied!

  I took my car in because my engine light came on. They determined that was the mass airflow sensor. I got my car back A day later, the engine light comes back on. I took it back. They determined that it was some sort of lining fixed it and now the engine light has come back on again, and I don’t know if I should take it back or not. In the second time I dropped it off. They charged me an additional 280 bucks just to look at the car again even though they should’ve fixed it right the first time.

  I was only to give them vague info about the problem. They did a thorough inspection of the car and were unable to recreate the problem. But, they said after the inspection that the car was safe. That's great considering it's a 19 year old SUV.
