    This is definitely a 5 star business. When we walked thru the doors we were greeted by a friendly and helpful front desk. Our sales person was incredible. We had specifics that could not be found on the lot (even though they do have an extensive inventory of great travelers). Jon (sales person) was incredible. He worked hard to find the rig of our dreams and then worked his magic to get us a great deal. (Ask for Jon). Our rig walk through was detail oriented. The finance person was thorough and helpful in crossing T’s and dotting I’s. We were given a tour of the showroom pointing out present and future needs for successful travels (no pressure). I have to say this wasn’t the first Camping World we went to but this is the one that got my business.

    The sales person (John) , several other employees were very friendly and helpful. I was DREADING the paperwork part and dealing with the finance dept after reading reviews and the pressure aspect and reputation of the company … but that wasn’t our experience, and that part was nothing like the reviews on here and other sites. We dealt with Kevin I believe and he was funny and personable. Not 5 stars because (a. At least some of the negative reviews for certain things actually were true… like missing accessories like an ice maker that was supposed to be included vanished… and that happens often enough according to reviews that I doubt that was accidental, b. we also did deal with one rude employee who thankfully was not part of our pickup day) BUT other then that it was smooth from start to finish (especially the direct face to face with the employees we interacted with) and the salesperson especially went above and beyond. Finance guy Kevin was even nice, which was a pleasant surprise!) can’t rate the actual camper as haven’t had long enough or used but I will at later date. All in all I would recommend this location. Also the store part of it has tons of items at VERY reasonable prices.

    We recently purchased a toy hauler from "Camping World" and had an amazing experience from start to finish. Our sales associate, Wendy, went above and beyond to help us through the entire process. She was realistic, honest, incredibly patient, and never made us feel pressured while making such a big decision. The financial department was also great to work with. They made everything simple and easy to understand and took the time to answer all of our questions without making us feel rushed. Once we purchased our toy hauler, Janet was absolutely wonderful in showing us everything we needed to know to begin our traveling journey. She took the time to explain things clearly and made sure we felt comfortable and prepared before leaving. We truly appreciate the outstanding customer service from both Wendy and Janet. They made this exciting new adventure feel easy and enjoyable. Highly recommend!

    Wendy went above and beyond to make sure we got everything we wanted for our first family camper. We had a tricky situation and really didn’t think we could make this happen but Wendy made sure it did! As soon as the right fit came in she made she to get to us ASAP! She was very honest and patient thru the entire process Well I unfortunately have to come back and edit my review. My opinion on Wendy does not change, she was a wonderful sales associate who really did her best. However, even though we signed paperwork, gave down payment info, were given hand shakes told congrats, asked for reviews asap on our sales experience, and quoted by their insurance who pushed us to purchase that day since we signed paperwork (which luckily I didn’t do), AND set a pick up day, we are NOT coming home with our first family camper. We knew our situation was tricky with the trade in we had and didnt walk in with our hopes up, but were reassured multiple times that they could make this happen, us even double checking before letting credit be ran. We had already struck out twice and was told this one was “hand picked” for our scenario just for everything to fall apart. I honestly feel very gaslight at this point. I understand things come down to lenders discretion but getting a customers hopes up by going as far as setting a pick up day when something isn’t fully approved yet is very misleading. Def when the ONLY reason we weren’t doing next day pick up was due to the following day being a Sunday. What a nightmare it would have been if we would have been able to set pick up for next day…I’m sorry to the family that they rushed us thru to beat out on the sale, they may have actually be able to take it home. And now I have to explain to my also very excited kids that the camper they heard was coming home Thursday, no longer is.

    SHADY, POOR SERVICE, RUDE on the phone, want to sell "payment range" and not disclose rate, loan balance or terms. Third time customers at Camping World. Chose to purchase here because our other 2 experiences were really positive. Even when we had some issues with the last camper/trailer (warranty type items), they were helpful and we were pleased. - Let's skip to our purchase in March 2026. I will choose to leave a review for their poor "ethical" practices here, because I think they are circling BBB.... We returned to downsize as we went from a family with 3 grown kiddos to a couple. We were specific on what we wanted. Third camper, you know your list. Salesperson took us far back in the parking lot of trailers, somehow, they had 4 or 5 that fit our list... strange. When we went back the salesman's desk, and were ready to walk out and make a choice from another dealership, suddenly they had a camper that fit our needs - 100 yards from the door - a used one. When they took us out to look, I had that "gut feeling"... we ditched the golf carting salesman and we began to wander on our own.. there.. all in a row are 2, 3, 4 campers that fit our wants perfectly. One of them was a brand-new -on -the -lot camper. - They tried everything to NOT SELL US THEIR NEW CAMPER. Weird. They wanted us to buy the "we need to sell this old year model" camper and the pressure was on. We asked about financing, they flat out refused (for 7 days) to give us an actual price. You know the drill - Cost of camper minus your trade in, equals the new loan - and what about financing? They wanted us to agree to a PAYMENT RANGE... not an interest rate, not a final price and a rate.. but a payment range. No Thanks. Legit.. shady. I want to know my loan amount, my interest rate, my payment. - They had the unit we wanted, and luckily we aren't first timers so we decided to trudge forward. We picked up our unit, they barely plugged in into power for 15 minutes and UNPLUGGED IT while we tried to move our stuff over. Didn't clean it, didn't turn on any lights, didn't show us how to use anything... When we needed a tool to remove our hitch, they told us to assist would cost us a service fee from maintenance and an appointment... a $33,000 trailer and you want me to pay you to use a tool to remove my hitch? - Right. We removed it ourselves and googled everything to figure out how to use our new trailer....Horrible / shady service. Received a letter from the lender in the mail that our paperwork was not correct. - Went to the DMV, stated the Bill of Sale wasn't correct. Remember who your return customers are. 100% will never purchase from here again. Would also recommend schooling for their sales staff. We won't name names. Ladies in the front are keeping your business for you Camping World.. treat them well. They are your only positive asset.
