  They used to sell a good product but have gone seriously downhill. I bought two trailers 116 footer and one an 18 footer in October 2024 and if I could take him back, I surely would they put two small tabs to hold the tailgate up so as soon as that thing starts rocking the tabs break this is the worst design ever why they didn’t put a half inch piece of steel on there to hold up a tailgate that handles 10,000 pounds is their first issue. Second issue they’re using the thin as possible metal they can put together for a trailer and charge you a maximum went to Lamar dealer and the metal is way heavier gauge for the almost the same price. I will no longer be purchasing big TAX trailers. They build an inferior product and charge you a maximum because of the name. The pictures reflect what I had to have some of else do in order to accommodate the weight of the tailgate. Finally, there’s welding splatter all over the trailer. All they do is paint over it.

  Earl was on point, very knowledgeable about the trailer super friendly and i didn't feel pressured. Had me in and out in about 20 mins. He had his guys pull the trailer in and do a once over before I took it. When i upgrade i'll definitely be buy from Big Tex again!! Ask for Earl when you get there. Great product and solid warranty!

  So far, the best experience ever when purchasing a trailer. Top of the line customers service, Matt and Earl are the best! Overall very happy with my experience.

  Can't say enough about how great Matt was to work with! I made a mistake when I purchased my trailer and he went above and beyond to make it right when he didn't have to. He took the extra time and effort to make sure I got what I wanted. Great management and service, I would definitely recommend!

  I’m from TN and restoring an old ‘95 Big Tex gooseneck and needed a few parts. On a longshot I asked if they could get me a new vin sticker since mine was gone. Earl stepped in and not only was very helpful but got me a new sticker from the factory in two days and mailed it to me the next day. Top notch service! Will be back!
