  I would say my conclusion first: Valvoline is good at changing oil fast. BUT NO, THEY ARE NOT PROFESSIONAL TECH NOT WELL-EDUCATED NOT REALLY CARE ABOUT YOUR VEHICLE BESIDES UPSELL. And they are very ignorant when you call them out about their sloppy job or their owe fault. 9/1/2026 went there in the morning around 9:00am. The gentleman guided me in the middle lane for my service and ask what I need to do today? I answered just oil change and I bring my owe oil and filter. One of the tech took out my engine air filter, didn’t say a word just left it on the engine bay with greasy oil finger print on my filter. Many techs walk around doing things but no one asked me if I wanna change my air filter or not. ( back in the day, normally they would ask you if you wanna change it or not as soon as they take it out the air filter, if customer don’t wanna change it, they will put it right back) today, I don’t know what’s the reason, they didn’t ask me a thing but left my filter out. By the way, I have already made my payment for my oil change. Therefore I don’t understand what were they waiting for? They already looked at it but didn’t ask me anything, just left it on the engine bay. I finally tired of the situation so I went out the car and tried to get the filter back in place. Another tech yelled at me said I shouldn’t get out of my car, it’s their working area. Well, if you guys really being a decent person and not to do a sloppy job, I don’t need to come out and fix it myself. After I left, I called the customer service and file a complaint. Long story short 1) Valvoline always wanna upsell so they “check your filter and windshield wipers… etc” They say it’s their “standard “ the problem is they didn’t ask the customers permission, they just touch things around with their greasy oilly gloves and sometimes they either didn’t put the things back in the right way or they just mess up what you setup for your car. I thought before you touch people stuff, you should ask the owner permission, I guess in the “Valvoline World” rules are different. They ONLY follow their STANDARDS but not customers willing. 2）Different brand of engine oil has different formulas, they are not aware of “ cross contamination “ it doesn’t matter what brand of oil, they pour into their container first then pour to your engine, I’m pretty sure they never clean or replace them unless the container is broken. They could pour the oil I bought directly to my engine but they choose not to. 3) Nowadays, everything is expensive, please do yourself a favor, buy a OEM part than Valvoline Brand ( it’s a aftermarket brand and never got tested ) cheap filter will damage your engine and you don’t know when engine will start to show the sign. 4) the customer service representative are nice people but those technicians at the shop sometimes act like no high school diploma no common sense rude and ignorant. 5) Valvoline representative will listen to your complaints but the shop will not do anything about it if your complaint is against Valvoline STANDARDS which is UPSELL I believe there are still decent Valvoline Shops around, but I WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS ONE. If they still don’t change their attitude and UPSELL STANDARDS to customers.

  Service is always great here! Fast and friendly. Also, if you have any questions about your car, they are very knowledgeable and willing to help. This is the only place I get my oil changed!

  Rafael was absolutely the best. He literally made sure I got a fleet account set up and walked me through saving the most money. I set up a fleet account for all 27 of my vehicles and that’s only because of the service of Rafael. This dude represents Valvoline well.

  The surface here is absolutely remarkable. I will recommend everybody to come here. They truly very knowledgeable and helpful. Joseph was a great help.

  The last time I went to a local valvoline, they did not have my car’s oil. I’d like to call ahead to prevent that this time, but IT IS IMPOSSIBLE TO CALL A VALVOLINE. I just want to ask a local human a question!
