  This location if Dobbs has always been great. We had a nail in our tire and were trying to leave for a trip, and they were able to help us out with replacing tires the same day. I would highly recommend this location!

  I thought the process of buying would be stressing, dealing with sales people and whatnot. However, it was a great experience. Very happy with both product and service. Shout out to Jacob for his exceptional customer service skills

  My local Dobbs was booked so they found an opening for me at Sunset Hills. I had a hex headed screw in the middle of my tread, so I drove over at about 25 mph. They fit me in. When they came to get me after quoting $29, they asked to confirmed it was in the driver's side front tire. They bubble tested. They unmounted the tire and visually inspected the inside, then rebeaded and mounted the tire. They never found the screw, where it had been, or any damage from it. They did all the work. The cost? No charge.

  I recently left a very bad review regarding my recent experience with this Dobbs. However I am now deleting that and revising my words. The Manager Nick actually called me to profusely apologize for them dropping the ball. I have made another appointment with him and he will see to it that there are no delays this time. I am amazed that he would take time to call me and absolutely will return for the work done on my car. I greatly appreciate his concern.
