I remembered why I no longer come to this location. I was quoted a price over the phone to met with something 3x that. I normally come here for oil changes til I learned the one I was being provided was uncharged. The mechanic today automatically charged me their highest one again today. And his reason being my previous services had that as my history. I do not recommend their services

I watched the technican leaning on a toolbox while my truck was in the bay and he was supposed to be working on my truck instead. When he did the work he only did 1/2. Tires were to be rotated and balanced but were only rotated instead. I'm sure David and Dustin would be proud of the level of service provided

Awesome Customer Service! Both Nick and Robert keep customer service a priority when working with the public. Hats off to Dobbs - these individuals are a huge asset to your organization. I was on my way home from work and found myself with a damaged tire. They walked me through each step to determine what was needed and a tire repair was the solution - it definitely fit in my budget. They even checked my oil level before they sent me on my way. The process took very little time - maybe 10 or 15 minutes. The tire issue was a small hiccup and I was lucky enough to cross paths with some wonderful people who definitely care about their customers. I will be back again. Thank you so much!

Yesterday, 9 / 25/26, I stopped by the Dobbs Tire and Auto Center on Laclede Station Road and Watson to get my radiator and hoses replaced. My car had been leaking coolant fluid . I arrived at 7:00 a.m. All of the work that had to be done was clearly explained to me. After my approval , my car was repaired and ready to go around 10:30 a.m. I thought that the repair cost was very reasonable compared to dealership prices. The employees were friendly and easy to talk with. Keep up the good work and take care!
