  Absolutely blown away by the customer service. I typically go to a small town shop down the road for me BUT I needed tires ASAP. I called up first thing in the morning, they told me they could get me in but had to send for the tires. Tires took a bit to get to the Webster location (which I was FINE with, I was just so grateful to get in same day) so the manager gave me a discount for my wait, which I was NOT expecting!! Love coming here for tires, the team is efficient and doesn't try to upsell me anything I don't need!! 100/10

  Came in with a flat tire and had great service from start to finish. Staff was really courteous and Nick who helped me was transparent about the cost, how long it would take, etc. and there was no pressure to purchase more than I needed. Really impressed with the service I received and will definitely be back.

  Brought a “loose” flat tire in, got an idea of potential issues in case repair was not possible, got the thing done that day, and they even put it back on the car for me. In and out Bob’s yer uncle and I was back on the road.

  Amazing service. I have been going to this Dobbs location for 20yrs. I drive past lots of other locations on my way to this one. My only complaint is I tried the online appointment scheduling process only to be told by the staff that the website does not take into account there other reservations. Even though my obvious frustration of this kind of being able to sync to reservation systems has existed since point of sales application have been a thing. The staff was curious and fit my car into there over booked and understaffed day. Get it together "Corporate" and if you need help entering the 21st century... I can point you at some people who can help.

  I take my car to Dobbs frequently since they are so close to my house and am usually satisfied with their service. I took my car there on 6/1 for emissions test and it passed. On 8/1, my check engine light came on. I took it to Oreilly auto parts and i watched them do a 30 second scan that showed "evap system small leak, most likely need to replace evap purge valve". I took it to Dobbs and showed them the Oreilly scan and was told they would have to run another diagnostic to confirm, but they may be able to discount the price, but that was apparently up to the technician. When i picked up the car, the full price of Dobbs diagnostic was included ($190). I assume it also took Dobbs 30 seconds to scan and got the same result as Oreillys gave me for free. I understand the diagnostic charge if i wasnt going to get it fixed there, but since i let Dobbs replace the purge valve, i expected at least a partial or full waiver of the diagnostic fee, especially since it wasnt an involved diagnosis at all. The parts were $150 and my bill was $536. The team was curteous and the work they did was fine and expediant, but I guess i expected more from Dobbs, as i was a fairly frequent customer.
