  Just NEEDED a replacement for an irreparable flat. Quick and reasonable to get me back on the road.Not a big sale for them but critical for me. Really appreciate the help.

  Been coming here for years. Leadership may change, but have always been treated with courtesy and professionalism. They always try to solve the problem first - I've had more tires repaired than purchased, which is pretty great for the budget.

  I live literally across the street from Dobbs. We've had multiple fixes of various parts over the years. ALWAYS with great customer service. They do what they say they're going to do with a pretty accurate time of completion. Plus they gaureentee thier work. Woukd highly recommend to all

  Made appointment online for oil change. I was told at check in that online appointment does not take into account the number of employees working. I was told it may take longer for service. Service was completed within an hour.

  I have been a repeat customer for a while with multiple vehicles and never did I have a bad experience until 4/22. I called originally and the guy Robert I believe was very rude on the phone. I figured it was because the call was right when they opened. But when I got in store he was even worse. I walked in two workers standing there no one says anything. I walked up the counter and waited and he just rolled his eyes so I started explaining why I was there. He was very condescending when I told him I believed I had a nail in my tire and he said “so do we just need to put air in the tire?” I explained I put air in the tire the day prior and it had leaked 10psi overnight. He told me it could be due to weather fluctuations. I explained 10psi is not a normal weather drop. He seemed angry to be doing his job. He was kind to the lady who came in after me and then rude again to the following lady. Seems as if Robert needs some customer service training or needs to find a career where interaction with people is minimal.
