- PBpam brandt3 days ago1.0We bought a Fob from Car Key Expree had Modern program the fob. Three things on it did not work. It cost 190.95 for them to do it. We call Car Key Express and they sent us a new one. Went to Modern and they will not reprogram the new one they want to charges another 190.95. This is insane and they have lost any business from me or the business that I own. Not the Modern Auto that I grow up with.

Well that did not happen they did not keep there word I was disappointed 160 bucks later on my broke granddaughter who is in college.

Technician Frank and Service Advisor Donovan kept me apprised of the work on my car and made sure everything that I wanted done was completed during my visit. Even though Modern Auto is very convenient for me to have my vehicles serviced at because it is less than 2 miles from my house, I would gladly drive a couple of hours if necessary to have their service department take care of all 3 of my GM vehicles.
