Well that did not happen they did not keep there word I was disappointed 160 bucks later on my broke granddaughter who is in college.

Technician Frank and Service Advisor Donovan kept me apprised of the work on my car and made sure everything that I wanted done was completed during my visit. Even though Modern Auto is very convenient for me to have my vehicles serviced at because it is less than 2 miles from my house, I would gladly drive a couple of hours if necessary to have their service department take care of all 3 of my GM vehicles.

- PMPheobe McEnnisMar 26, 20261.0Horrible customer service, very condescending and talk down to you when you question a service or price. A single spark plug was loose and I had just gotten those changed so they didn't need replaced, but was charged 261$ for them to be replaced. I asked why they couldn't just tighten the loose one and went on with the one service i had asked for, he then proceeded to explain what a spark plug was. I know what it is that's not what i was asking. I took my car in to have the turbo replaced, and 3 days later they replaced the spark plugs, did an oil change, and replaced the air filter for 764$. They tried adding even more things on that "needed done" and then tried saying "you know your turbo actually did need replaced" which i knew and is why i took it there but I will be taking my services elsewhere. And if you ever hear a shop say "we're very trustworthy we only do what needs done and try to save you money" take your keys and leave right then. Learn from my mistakes.
