  Enterprise in Washington is a joke! They wouldn't rent me a car for a day because I don't have a utility bill in my name even though I have a major debt card and my paycheck stubs with a valid driver's license all in my name and address!

  I just want to say Matt and Raquel were absolutely amazing. Matt stayed in contact with me and called to make sure I could get picked up and leave my wife our only working vehicle at the time and Raquel made sure to get me set up with my car and both of them were amazing with my daughter who had to be with me. I cannot say enough good things about these folks.

  The washington enterprise is a joke!!! I've had to go to the st. Peters location all 3 or 4 times washington couldn't manage to fulfill my reservation and all 3 or 4 times st peters was great. Even after washington advised me not to go there because "none of the surrounding locations had cars either". But everytime st peters had a car and were actually capable of setting me up with a rental. Then man in front of me in washington and the women after me all had issues as well. I dont know how they can even run a business with so many unhappy customers.

  I’m genuinely not sure how a company can operate the way that they do and still remain in business. We had a reservation for a large sized vehicle and showed up on the day of our reservation to find that they did not have our vehicle available and only had a small car that would not hold our family. I’m not sure what the point of a reservation for a certain sized vehicle is if it’s not actually to reserve one? The gentleman at the counter literally told me that they generally operate with 10 reservations for every 5 vehicles that they have. So 50% of your customers are unable to receive a vehicle when they need it? Make that make sense. They told me there was another vehicle potentially available closer to St. Louis, but they also could not guarantee that there would be anything available when we arrived as that location was also at 77% capacity. All in all, a reservation means absolutely nothing and you might get a car of the correct size, but you might get no vehicle at all. I hope you’re prepared for that gamble when doing business with Enterprise.
