- AKAshley Taylor KrausSep 28, 20261.0This location was absolutely the least helpful location, basically said we don’t have a car for you try another location. Not an option to upgrade to another vehicle or try to have one brought in, nothing. Thank you Eureka team for stepping up and helping me get a car sorted.
- BLBK LindemanSep 14, 20265.0I have had yet another exceptional experience with the guys at Washington, MO Enterprise Rental Car Branch. Great customer service, clean cars and very good pricing! I'm (again) a very happy customer. Will rent from them again soon!
- RFRichard FlowersSep 12, 20261.0VERY disappointed with my recent rental reservation. I had a rental car reserved for my wife business trip two weeks in advance. I received a call 2 days before asking me to move my reservation from Saturday to Friday because they had several rental reservation on Saturday and only one person working. So basically this location was overbooked. Then they wanted to charge me an extra $10 to pickup our car early. Are you serious! So I’m going to be charged to move my reservation up a day to make it easier for them and inconvenient for me! So I go ahead and agree and when I get to the rental office on Friday, they tell me they have no car for me and then ask me to come back on Saturday (my original reservation day) So now I have adjusted me schedule for no reason and put me behind at work. Then I show up at 11:30 on Saturday (my original reservation day) and the same man from Friday proceeds to tell me that he meant to call me because they still had no vehicles to rent! Are you serious! So I walk in at my original schedule time and you tell me that you meant to call me??? This is unacceptable and very unprofessional! Guess I will be renting my future cars from different rental company.
- JJJeffSep 1, 20261.0Enterprise in Washington is a joke! They wouldn't rent me a car for a day because I don't have a utility bill in my name even though I have a major debt card and my paycheck stubs with a valid driver's license all in my name and address!
