  I was very impressed with the service and ease of renting a car at this location. I stopped in to confirm my rental a couple days before our reservation. Brian was very kind and calmed my worries about the upcoming rental. Matthew was the gentleman who helped us into the vehicle. My son is very interested in cars and Matthew asked him to pick the color. A simple gesture made my son's whole trip! The vehicle was very comfortable and we didn't experience any issues. When we returned the vehicle, Matthew and Brian were both present. Again, they were friendly and kind. It was very easy to take care of the paperwork and finalize our rental period. Renting a car may be someone's usual for their job or travel. We rarely have the opportunity but will definitely use Enterprise in Washington for any needs in the future. Brian and Matthew - thank you for an easy experience and making customer service a priority. It's rare that I leave anywhere with a smile because of a genuine, great experience!

  The kids that work there make the experience very frustrating. Was quoted one price before I left the store then charged an extra $279 because they didn’t add the protection when they took the payment but added it after which left the balance so didn’t get all of my deposit back. The manager was rude and just very dismissive about the whole situation.

  Car selection was not available at all. Service was good but they really need to have more cars available.

  I have a larger family and a job of transporting extra kids most days. I was promised something similar to my armada that sits 8 and was on a list for 3 weeks with no rush to get me into something bigger. Not okay. Only reason I left a 2 was because I actually was given a vehicle lol.

  Absolutely the most God awful experience ever. I left from Georgia for a funeral via Enterprise and their location in Rome, Georgia was absolutely fantastic. I came and dropped the car off in Washington, MO and was planning to take the SAME EXACT CAR back to Rome. I was having trouble online when it came to booking, and went in the morning to book the same car. The young man said I could take that same exact car and the reservation would be at 12. Come to find out when I got there at 12, I was LIED TO and could not only book that same car, I couldn’t book ANY car for a one way trip back home and in a 50 mile radius, no one was offering one way trips. Their explanation was they “don’t have the stock” but are so welcome to taking one ways from other places, but not scheduling them. Me bringing that car up there is the reason they have one more car in stock in the first place. Furthermore, they wouldn’t honor my reservation even though they said it was “clearly wrong” which left me stranded 5 states from home. Safe to say I’m heading to the airport as we speak, but I will never give Enterprise any of my business ever again, Especially the Washington location.
