  Great experience utilizing Tommy’s Express Carwash recently. My attendee, Gabby provided GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE w/ a Smile! She assured that I had the proper tools for detailing, assisted with detailing my floor mats and provided top notch quality service. Would definitely recommend Gabby and the entire staff to assist in your automotive detailing.

  Jacob noticed, I had left something in the back of my truck.He came over to me.Help me get it out of my truck.And when I said I was very sorry, it's no big deal.It doesn't happens every time no big deal then, you swept out the leaves that I had in there. Fantastic. And when I got through with my car, wash, anna came over and helped me put the stuff back in and ask if I needed anything else with a big, beautiful smile.It's really nice to have people that are clean beautiful with big smiles again

  I've had multiple car washes at the Warrensburg location. A true gem of a team member, Anna, has proven to be an undeniable friendly force of nature every time. She even popped my sideview mirror back into appropriate position before I could get out of the car. Too cool for school!

  I do have a larger vehicle (2500 Silverado) however the tailgate was still dirty and the Leer cap. The tires didn’t have the shine I expected and there was still grim on the lower driver door panel. It’s been 3 weeks since I last had another automatic washer take care of my vehicle. I expected more from purchasing the highest package (The Works). This is probably something that only larger trucks with caps experience so otherwise the employees were helpful ensuring the car mats work and the vacuums were in working order.
