  I have been using this car wash for several years and I have been pleased since it was switched over to a Tommy's Car Wash. Using a black Friday deal, I bought a year's worth of 'The Works' and that deal offers a really good value. As far as the Warrensburg location goes, it was retrofitted from a previous car wash and is shorter than the other Tommy's locations. The difference is made up in the drying area, which can be hit or miss on how much water is removed following a wash. That being said, I wash several times a week and my car always looks show room shiny. Additional benefits include vacuums, mats washers, and cleaning rags, although sometimes the vacuums get clogged because people think they can suck up everything on their floors. The customer service is top notch. I had a billing issue with one of my gift cards which I thought was going to require contact with the corporate office, however, the manager made a few calls on my behalf and got the problem figured out. I considered that above and beyond and everything was handled to my satisfaction.

  I got a coupon for a free wash in the mail so I wanted to try it. Normally I only do manual washes so I had high hopes. The wash was very scary for me, I couldn't relax at all. It also wasn't as good as a manual wash. I was only impressed afterwards. At first I thought the vacuum pressure was terrible but a very kind employee gave me a different hose and it turns out the one I picked was just clogged up. Also, they have free automatic mat washers! That was super cool. I got some rough stains out of my floor mats. I think if I had to pay 20 bucks for it I would be a bit crabby but it was a nice little treat. I don't think it's going to be a regular thing for me though. I will stick to my cheap washes at the cost of my time and effort

  Caden was very professional. He explained the different levels of services you can get monthly. I decided on the works. He then was so generous to give me an extra month of the promotion. He was also very patient with me as I asked several questions. The company has a good guy working for you!

  We were in Missouri visiting our son, his wife and new grandbaby from Ohio. Our trip into town left our car covered with bugs. Caden presented us with all the different washes available and even ran our car through a second time giving it special detail to ensure we were 100% satisfied. His customer serice went above and beyond what we expected. He even took the time to explain different packages and discount opportunities for our son for military discount. His willingness to make sure we were satisfied, trying to ensure future business as well as his very positive attitude is someone you should be proud to have represent your company. In fact, every one we came into contact with that day offered to help us with anything that we needed. We will be sure to use you again when we are visiting.
