  Caden was very professional. He explained the different levels of services you can get monthly. I decided on the works. He then was so generous to give me an extra month of the promotion. He was also very patient with me as I asked several questions. The company has a good guy working for you!

  We were in Missouri visiting our son, his wife and new grandbaby from Ohio. Our trip into town left our car covered with bugs. Caden presented us with all the different washes available and even ran our car through a second time giving it special detail to ensure we were 100% satisfied. His customer serice went above and beyond what we expected. He even took the time to explain different packages and discount opportunities for our son for military discount. His willingness to make sure we were satisfied, trying to ensure future business as well as his very positive attitude is someone you should be proud to have represent your company. In fact, every one we came into contact with that day offered to help us with anything that we needed. We will be sure to use you again when we are visiting.

  Great value for a car wash! Anna made my day and helped me choose the best deal for me. I also love that they have towels and spray out by the vacuum area. And the vacuums are powerful, to pick up all the kids’ crumbs in the hard to reach places!

  Great experience utilizing Tommy’s Express Carwash recently. My attendee, Gabby provided GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE w/ a Smile! She assured that I had the proper tools for detailing, assisted with detailing my floor mats and provided top notch quality service. Would definitely recommend Gabby and the entire staff to assist in your automotive detailing.

  Jacob noticed, I had left something in the back of my truck.He came over to me.Help me get it out of my truck.And when I said I was very sorry, it's no big deal.It doesn't happens every time no big deal then, you swept out the leaves that I had in there. Fantastic. And when I got through with my car, wash, anna came over and helped me put the stuff back in and ask if I needed anything else with a big, beautiful smile.It's really nice to have people that are clean beautiful with big smiles again
