- JCJane CampMay 30, 20261.0Some people drive for Lyft all night and QT is the only place in this city we can count on to be open and have a bathroom. SADLY, cannot count on them to be clean. More like, disgusting? Paper towels spilling out of the bin, toilet paper all over one stall floor, liquid puddle all over the second stall floor. Piss on the seat. Mold growing in the sink….hasn’t been sanitized or scrubbed in a long time. The manager here should be fired. And the employees should find another job if they do not want to clean bathrooms. The store isn’t busy overnight! You’re standing around and this is the state of your bathroom at 5am!? Gross. Pictures of proof attached….

I called to inquire about the quality of gas or any issues because I notice 7 pumps were out of order. Upon filling my tank, I noticed that my miles to empty were drastically less which prompted me to call. KAYLA at the front desk was very dismissive and playing like she had no clue what I was referring to, so I asked to speak with a manager. I was transferred to Robert, the training manager for St louis district.. he basically was nonchalant and dismissive, no concern for what I was asking or saying, even just to empathize with customer who is spending money at your gas stations...no concern whatsoever so I told him I would test the same pump on a fillup again and see if the results were the same and we hung up.. but that was disrespectful so I called him back and explained that his lack of regard forca customer or any type of service in general was unacceptable. He never asked my name, which location I used, what kind of car u had.. at that point I knew my concern was on deaf ears.. hisxtone was cold and passive. In my frustration, I did swear at him and hung up my phone... that type of behavior is not acceptable, but his behavior and lack of concern was completely unacceptable.
