  Matt and the team at CarX in U. City repaired my AC system on one of the hottest days of the year. I walked in the door sweating bullets, knowing I couldn’t drive anymore in such intense heat. They worked me in during a busy schedule and in the process gained a new, loyal customer who is forever grateful. They were kind, efficient, and professional, and I’ll never forget their courtesy. A huge shoutout to Matt. He is awesome! CarX has a winner on its hands.

  Can't speak for all locations, but this Car-X was fantastic to work with. I was skeptical of going to a big-name tire place. But they were the closest to me and I figured I'd give them a shot. They didn't try to upsell me (and trust me, they could have). I needed all 4 tires replaced, and Matt boiled it down to 3 options/price tiers. I went with the most expensive, but he wouldn't have given me trouble had I gone with the cheapest. I brought the car in at 7:45am, and they had my car complete with a front end alignment by noon or 1pm. Super easy, quick, and as painless of an experience as possible. I will be returning with any future auto needs!

  I just dropped off my 2014 Ford Expedition and was so impressed with the staff. They haven't even finished the work and I wanted to make sure I gave them a great review because of their honesty and integrity. I wanted to follow up on this review because they did an amazing job, were timely and completely professional. For all my car needs I will be calling them first!!!!

  I’ve been going to this Specific Cra-X shop and I gotta say they’ve done me a solid work every time I went there, i just bought 4 new excellent tires at very reasonable price and the work is flawless. Highly recommend you to check this shop at Olivette.

  Today I had the pleasure of working with Matt, the store manager, and Eugene, the mechanic who worked on my vehicle, and I felt compelled to share my experience because exceptional customer service deserves to be recognized. I came into the store feeling frustrated, overwhelmed, and honestly a little discouraged after previous issues with my vehicle. From the moment Matt stepped in, he treated me with kindness, patience, professionalism, and genuine care. He took the time to sit down with me, explain everything clearly, answer my questions, and make sure I understood what was happening with my vehicle. At no point did I feel rushed or dismissed. I would also like to recognize Eugene, the mechanic who worked on my car. His kindness, patience, and willingness to teach stood out just as much as the repairs themselves. He invited me into the garage, showed me exactly what was going on with my vehicle, explained the issues, and allowed me to watch the work being performed. That level of transparency meant a great deal to me. It gave me confidence that the job was being done correctly and showed me that he genuinely cared about both the quality of his work and the customer behind the vehicle. What stood out most was not just the work that was done on my car, but the way I was treated as a person. Matt and Eugene both demonstrated integrity, compassion, and professionalism. They turned what had been a stressful situation into one where I felt informed, respected, and cared for. Because of their efforts, a tremendous weight was lifted off my shoulders. University City is fortunate to have professionals like Matt and Eugene serving this community. Whoever hired and trained this team made an excellent decision. They represent what customer service should look like and reflect positively on the entire organization. Thank you, Matt, for your leadership, patience, and kindness. Thank you, Eugene, for your expertise, honesty, and willingness to educate and involve me in the process. You may see it as simply doing your jobs, but today you made a real difference in someone’s life, and I will never forget it. As a nurse, I understand how meaningful it is when someone takes pride in their work and genuinely cares about the people they serve. Today, both of you exemplified that, and I am deeply grateful.
