- KSKaiser Soze2 days ago5.0I always tend to have good luck with Valvoline, popping into whichever location is closest when the wife is shopping or something like that. This was the best oil change experience I've ever had though. The manager was on top of her game, both in courtesy and personality as well as practical knowledge and direction of her team. They were busy and it was raining, and there were only a few of them working, but they came out in the rain and gave an ETA and directed traffic and were overall quick and efficient.

I never make an appointment and I am in and out within 10 to 15 minutes every time. I am a satisfied customer!

He is very demanding to women in general and needs to learn to treat them as equals and not talk to them as they are below him. My son’s girlfriend came in for an oil champagne and left crying because of how she was spoken to. Her dad will be coming with her next time. We have 5 vehicles we currently bring here and if he ever speaks to me as a woman the way he did her, we will never be back. I’m disappointed you allow a “man” like him to be a manager at your facility. You definitely need to re-evaluator your decision if you want happy pleased female customers.
